"Acknowledge if clients are celebrating an event like anniversary. Be somewhat flexible on menu, if something Is offered on vegetarian menu why can’t you get something separately off that menu? If you commit to supporting client in getting taxi back home follow on that commitment. Last most importantly the portion for fish was embarrassingly small. Even when we asked is this it we were told yup this is it. If your only criteria is good view this is place for you. Seriously It truly is great view. Most should expect more and with small numbers in attendance in prime summer season it appears reputation precedes itself. Hoping these comments help inform how to be better and customer focused."
