"TIp for well educated tourists, and looking for cooking experiences far from but not excluding the tipical italian dishes: the chef convert the traditional cheese and pasta into totally new tastes, colours and flavours. Well, you might think that this is a kind of ad, but the truth is that the experience with my girlfriend was perfect (we travel around europe because our job, so we are used to eat in good restaurants, so not really easy to get impressed), very very nice food and attention, closed to Paestum Greek ruins, as a cherry on top of the cake. A very refined restaurant, in a very relaxed but formal ambient."

Ottima esperienza gastronomica in una location che esternamente può sembrare anonima ma che poi internamente si rivela piacevolmente sofisticata nella sua semplicità. Semplicità che contraddistingue le proposizioni gastronomiche che esaltano la qualità dei prodotti e la capacità dello chef di combinare tra loro ed elaborare ingredienti dai sapori differenti ed in alcuni casi poco immaginabili insieme. Buonissimi i dolci, da migliorare a mio avviso il settore beverage. Nel complesso una piacevole conferma delle aspettative per un ristorante stellato.
