"Ristorante Osteria Ratsstube in Tuttlingen Wenn wir ein Hotel mit Frühstück buchen (Hotel Légère) dann schauen wir immer welche Bewertungen die Restaurants am Ort im Tripadvisor haben um dort das Nachtessen einnehmen zu können. So haben wir gesehen, dass Vinzenz Weinkeller die beste Bewertung hatte. Leider hatten die Betriebsferien. So sind wir zum 2. Platz (Osteria Ratsstube) gegangen und gleich drei Abende hängen geblieben. Erster Abend: gemischter Salat, Salat Caprese, Penne Gorgonzola und Pizza „tutto bene“Zweiter Abend: Gemischter Salat, Beilagen Salat, Rindsfilet, Kräuterbutter & Pommes, Pizza 4 Mal Käse.Dritter Abend: zwei Mal Beilagen Salat, einmal Teigwaren, einmal Rumpsteak Mexiko mit Pommes.Was wir hier bekommen haben war einfach nur der Hammer. Das Rindsfilet für knappe EUR 23.00 war über 300g schwer. Das könnten wir in der Schweiz nicht mal beim Fleischer für den Preis haben. Das Rumpsteak war ein Entrecote von mind. 200g! Alles sehr zart und schmackhaft. Hier muss man wieder kommen. Alle drei Abende für EUR 116.60 mit Service für EUR 132.00!! Was will man mehr? In der CH könnten wir gerade einmal Essen gehen für das Geld."

"an evening from a company I visited together with my colleagues was invited here. the arrival seemed that a normal Monday night was not great in the city, but later more guests came, and even some come to take pizza. we have som stars (cold cuts and bruschetta with tomato) that were pretty good. later I decided to make a cotoletta milanese with a mixed salad and panfrittelkartoffeln. it was good, but the meat was in my opinion not thin enough, the perfect cotoletto milanese must be thin in the flesh or so) and quite large. a short frittier at high temperature ensures a perfect crust and meat barely finished. but this is a detail. weeping that we got through the glass, I had a few soave from veneto, which were rounded, but with acid and a mineral note. the finished position with a small tiramisu, coffee and a cask ripened grappa perfectly rounded it off. the service was helpful and attentive, even if we managed to make a chaos of order, and had to make it new to make sure we didn't order twice or missed something. la gondola has opened most evenings, on Tuesday"

"So being American and living in the Southwest (Albuquerque), we don't have the chance to have decent Italian. This was by far the best Italian I've had in many years. The owners where very nice and we were able to communicate although they didn't speak much English and I don't speak much (any) German. They have a big screen in the Terrazzo which was a bonus.....its World Cup Time!"

"Trotz Reservierung erhielten wir einen "Katzentisch" direkt an der Theke , Lokal war ansonsten LEER.Leider war auch noch die Restauranttüre zur Hotelrezeption offen , so dass wir die anreisende Hotel-Gruppe extrem laut mitbekommen haben. Servicemitarbeiterinnen nicht ausreichen geschult , Getränke-und Speisenfragen konnten nicht beantwortet werden.Vorspeisen: Tatar versalzen und scharf , leicht breiig , da mind. 2mal durch den Fleischwolf gelassen , Salat extrem sauer.Hauptgerichte:Dry Age Rinderfilet verdient in dieser Ausführung leider ein nicht befriedigend, Dry Age Entrecôte: Rand war ca. 2 cm verbrannt und dann nicht mehr medium , eher fast well done , nicht gut gewürzt , das Beste waren die Kartoffeln.Deshal haben wir aufs Dessert verzichtet.Lokalausstattung für unseren Geschmack: elegant modern , zurückhaltend, sehr schicke Lampen.Insgesamt ist die lokation etwas überbewertet ,Preise moderat."
