No puedo dejar de comentar una de las más decepcionantes experiencias en unos restaurantes que hasta el día de hoy han sido referentes en nuestras comidas en familia y como pareja. Sin ir más lejos, estuvimos la semana pasada en Lorca y en Nerja y reafirmamos nuestra inmejorable opinión de los restaurantes de Paradores. Lo mismo puedo decir del de Carmona, Cádiz, Arcos de la Frontera, Corias, Olite Santiago de Compostela, podría seguir citando muchos más. Lo que afirmo es por lo siguiente: 1. Pedimos croquetas para compartir y le solicitamos a una de las camareras que sí nos podía traer un poco de salsa mayonesa. Nos respondió que nos la traería en un momento. Todavía la estamos esperando. 2. Pedimos otro plato de corvina. Tuvimos que pedir que la hicieran de nuevo. El pescado no estaba fresco y le habían dado vuelta y vuelta. Además el plato bastante escaso de cantidad. 3. Pedimos otro plato de secreto ibérico. Dudo bastante que fuera ibérico y no estaba muy tierno. 4. Para un plato de más de veinte euros, creo que debe tener mejor calidad. Hay que decir que la cerveza estaba suprema. Expresamos esta crítica para que no vuelva a ocurrir."
