The owner (female) was very arrogant and extremely unfriendly. She showed no empathy and made a lot of noise and gesticulations. The lady of the house thinks that clients are insects you should remove. An awful place.

Lovely bar in the center of touristic spot. Service quite good, quite busy but once you get table, order will be delivered quickly. Snacks were tasty. Free WiFi is available. Should have tried once when you visit this city.

Sulla centralissima Piazza delle Erbe, da non perdere il rinomato omonimo aperitivo. Io preferisco il rosso con sapore piu deciso del biondo. Assolutamente da provare con la tartina all'acciuga. Peccato per la musica a volume troppo alto View menu

This is conveniently situated in the centre of Piazza Erbe. However the service was unfriendly and dour. If you are visiting in the evening and like loud music and expensive drinks and nibbles then this is the place for you. But if you just want a coffee and a brioche in the morning the owners do not seem think you are worth any effort to be welcoming or even polite.

Caffè storico nel cuore di Mantova, avevo letto delle recensioni positive e dopo averlo provato, non posso che essere d'accordo. Cameriera attenta e gentile che ha dimostrato una grande attenzione per il cliente. Si sono accorti di un errore nella preparazione di un drink e hanno provveduto al cambio ancora prima che potessi assaggiare il cocktail. Molto professionali ed efficienti con dei prezzi modici.

Unfriendly service... we sat down for a drink on a fairly quiet Tuesday at around 6pm ... Nice atmosphere and people watching opportunities we thought. There it went downhill. The waitress acknowledged me but then bypassed us to serve other tables. Fair enough, I thought, I got her attention again thinking she'd forgot... again she went to other tables that arrived after us. We decided to go elsewhere .... disappointing.
