would find in instant ramen noodles. It lacked the complexity and depth of flavor that authentic Pho broth should have. The noodles were also overcooked and mushy. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a true Pho experience.

As a huge fan of Vietnamese Cuisine I was very impressed with the Pho that I had. After having lots of deep fried food in Edinburgh I was after a really good soup and this place delivered. Great selection of food and great portion size. Definitely recommend this place for the wandering traveller who ends up in the Shepherds Bush area. 5
