Basically, yes they can combine your choice of meat, fish or cured meats (spicy esplanata, lard, raw or cooked ham, grilled sausage, prawns, salmon, etc... ; vegetables (grilled courgettes or aubergines, peppers, rocket, boiled potatoes, etc... ; fresh dairy products or mature cheeses (squacquerone, stracchino, fior di latte, tomini, brie, gorgonzola, pecorino di fossa, etc... ; sauces (BBQ, pink sauce, mayonnaise, tuna sauce, etc... ; other products (such as hazelnut grains, truffle oil, walnuts etc... ; sweets (for example fig jam, cream, honey, cinnamon etc... ; fruit (bananas, avocados, pears, etc... . Ate for lunch. The place inside is a bit small, there aren't many tables. In summer there are a few tables outside. Very good piadina.
