"Wir sind durch Zufall auf Khater's Korner gestoßen und waren direkt neugierig, das kleine aber feine Restaurant sieht stylisch aus und gerade bei tollem Wetter sitzt man draußen sehr schön.Der Kellner (ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es auch der Besitzer war) berät einen mit Witz und Leidenschaft. Man merkt richtig das er hinter dem Konzept und den Speisen steht. Zum Essen selbst kann ich nur sagen : frisch und mega lecker. Ich hatte die Sommerpasta mit riesen Garnelen. Das war geschmacklich der Wahnsinn , ok ich finde es hätte für den Preis etwas mehr sein können, aber das wäre für mich kein Grund nicht wieder hinzugehen. Auch das Essen meiner Freundin war unfassbar gut.Ich kann wirklich jedem nur empfehlen hier vorbeizuschauen und das tolle Soul Food zu genießen ;)"

"Nach einem Spaziergang auf den Sülzwiesen haben wir im Toros Halt gemacht. Der neue Imbiss ist sauber und macht einen guten Eindruck. Aus der Karte kann man zwischen üblichen Dönergerichten, warmen Vorspeisen, Spießen, aber auch Nudelgerichten wählen. Freundlicher Gastgeber hat uns bedient. Pommes, Salat und Fleisch waren einwandfrei."

"Had lunch here whilst on business to Luneburg and it was very enjoyable. I opted for a Panini with Cream Cheese and Turkey which was very nicely presented with a super fresh and tastily dressed salad... Not only delicious but also excellent value at just €5.50 To drink I had a Coke Zero which was €2.50 for a 0.2L bottle. Service was friendly and efficient and the ambience and décor in the Café was bright, fresh, clean and modern with nice touches such as candle and fresh flowers on the tables. There are toilets but these are down some stairs in the basement, so not sure how accessible these would be to someone with a disability or mobility issues. I would recommend Café Zeitgeist and would visit again if in the area."

"Nachdem uns im Rahmen unserer Reservierung nur mit größter Not ein Tisch zugesagt werden konnte (wir haben noch eine Hochzeit, können Sie nicht schon um 18 Uhr kommen?) erwartete uns ein mäßig besetztes Restaurant ohne Hochzeit. Warum sollten wir jetzt schon um 18 Uhr erscheinen?Beim Studieren der Karte stellten wir dann fest, dass der früher nicht berechnete Kräuterkorb und das Brot jetzt extra bestellt werden müssen. Das Essen selber war ok, haben wir hier aber auch schon besser erlebt. So schmeckte das gegrillte Lammfilet wie gekocht und ohne Vorspeise wären wir nie satt geworden.Nachdem die junge Servicekraft es dann auch nicht für nötig hielt, sich für 3 Euro Trinkgeld zu bedanken, haben wir das Restaurant ziemlich enttäuscht verlassen und werden uns den nächsten Besuch sehr genau überlegen."

"Wir haben auf unserer Heimreise einen kurzen Abstecher nach Lüneburg gemacht,um uns zu stärken....und da wir überzeugte Fleischesser sind,haben wir Ausschau nach einem Steakhouse gehalten und sind im "El Rado Steakhouse" eingekehrt. Und das war auch gut so,denn wir wurden mit einem sehr schönem Ambiente, super netter fröhlicher und witziger Bedienung und das aller Wichtigste ->mit sehr schmackhaftem und gut zubereitetem Essen belohnt . Wir runden es auf 10 auf.Und wenn wir mal wieder in Lüneburg einen Stopp einlegen sollten,dann auch mit einem Besuch bei "El Rado Steakhouse" & Team.p.s. es ist auch ein sehr gepflegter und sauberer Laden....das nur so kurz am Rande"

"We went there for dinner a total of 9 people. We found a table outside for 8 and asked the waiter if we could have another chair. He said yes and just pointed to a chair at a nearby table, showing no interest in getting it for us. Then he gave the whole group 1 menu. We asked for more and we got one more. No wine menu, so we had to ask again for this. It our kids hadn't´t been so hungry we would have got up and left. No one came to get the drink order. After 10-15 minutes they came to take the food order. The food came quite quick, but we had gotten no cutlery. The food was good. Both pasta and pizza. It took a long time for them to clear the tables. No one asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. We just wanted to pay and get to one of the many nice places close by for some good coffee. The total check was 126 EUR. We gave the waitress 130 EUR (and we did not want to leave a tip). She just took the last 4 EUR without asking and never came back. Avoid if you can. Instead, try the really nice Tante Käthe next door. Super friendly service and great quality of food"

"Im Sommer 2016 war ich das erste Mal im Cafe Bernstein frühstücken. Das Frühstück ist mir so sehr in Erinnerung geblieben, weil es wirklich unglaublich gut war. Ein Jahr später war ich mit Freunden in Lüneburg und dadurch, dass ich so geschwärmt hatte, wollten wir unbedingt dorthin. Doch leider war es dieses Mal der totale Reinfall. Der Service war sehr nett, das muss ich sagen und auch rausstellen. Sie waren wirklich bemüht und haben einfach durch die Sympathie absolut gepunktet. Aber das war es auch schon. Unsere Tischreservierung, die wir Wochen zuvor gemacht hatte, wurde schlichtweg vergessen und das Frühstück von zuerst wirklich großartiger Qualität war nur noch ein vollkommen liebloses Arrangement auf dem Teller. Auch die Tische waren dreckig. So, wie es in diesem Jahr war, ist es auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder, wenn sich die Qualität des Frühstücks wieder steigert."

"Although I have been living in the beautiful lüneburg for almost 1.5 years, I had made it in a very rustic style in the former cult steudi pub. the penultimate monday it was finished and I was surprised by the friendly recipe and the simple, really rustic environment. found a very inviting table on 1st floor and the offer of 5€ pizza from 17-19 clock. a very masculine very much to the environment suitable and also friendly waiter asked me quickly about my desire, and these were also firmly in the did. at least the culinary the very delicious pizza, although with very thin teig, was served quickly. and the drinks. it is all in good value for money, and the pizza was delicious. ... after a last, a cucumber from me to what was really polite. ... closes: delicious food, good beer and masculine charming waiter, which I would like to ask at my next visit to the poor. ... the older one is here. !"

"Ich ging als Einzelspeisende zum Mittag in den Porthhof, weil ich im Vorbeifahren immer die ansprechende Werbung gesehen hatte. Außer mir war niemand im Lokal. Ich bestellte Fisch mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat. Die Bedienung war nett, leider schmeckte das ganze Gericht wie eben mal in der Mikrowelle aufgetaut und dann ziemlich lange stehen gelassen. Es war lauwarm und den Fisch fand ich nur, weil ich unter dem Riesenberg Röstzwiebeln aus dem Eimerchen stocherte. Das Salatbuffett stand im nächsten Raum und sah aus, als ob es die Reste vom Vortag waren oder die Anfänge vom Nächsten. Die Massen Röstzwiebeln legte ich beiseite und die Bratkartoffeln waren auch eher in der Pfanne angewärmte Pellkartoffeln.Nach allen anderen extrem positiven Bewertungen kann ich nur davon ausgehen, dass ich zu einer besonders ungünstigen Zeit angekommen war. Aber ich finde, wenn das Lokal geöffnet hat, sollte es von Anfang an gute Qualität servieren, auch wenn ich nur eine "Einzelspeisende" war. So werde ich wohl nicht wiederkommen und auch anderen von meiner Erfahrung erzählen."

"Looks can be deceving - This restaurant is completely on trend - wooden furnishings, neon art on the walls, swanky lounge chairs and couches, they have it all. What they don't have is great food unfortunately.A quick look at the menu (and if you're upstairs you might not be able to see if very clearly - the lighting is very poor) and I was surprised by how small the selection was - that being said most places with a small menu have great quality food (not this one).I chose to have the Lamb with beetroot sauce and figs.My Lamb was very well cooked and the presentation was fantastic - very jackson pollock, but the food story ends there - lacking any flavour and seasoning the meat ended up very dry without a real sauce to compliment it.My partner had the meat tartar, once again a very similar experience. A large enough portion supported by a very poor display of complimentary items. Three tiny pieces of brown bread with four mini saucers of capers, tomatoes and onions. Really very disappointing for what was an incredibly large portion of tartar. And for the prices of both these products we we're left wanting so much more. I'd go back here for the Gin though, which I did enjoy immensely, and of which they have a great selection of - once again very on trend. The service was friendly and we didn't wait long for our food either - its just a shame it really was'nt up to mark. In the end this restaurant is more fashion over function I'm afraid."

"We went here with some of our friends living in Häckling.This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had this summer!Their breakfast menu was full of different exciting meals, and their coffee tasted very delicious.I had the flat White and an iced cappuccino both perfect, my girlfriend one of their fresh juiced very good as well.The staff was very kind and the owner as well and she seems very passionated about the quality and finish.If you are in Lüneburg and looking for a prober coffee or something nice to eat, I will highly recommend this place!And an other pro, their prices are reasonable."

"Allow my general opinion first, please: I'm a bit surprised about the excellent rankings of Restaurants and Hotels in Lüneburg- they are 0.5-1 star too high compared to other international destinations. Taking this into account my feedback regarding Ristorante Buona Sera is very good and that's what it is. Pizza is very recommendable and delicious - all fresh ingredients, crunchy dough, not too much cheese. Very good wine list. The Poliziano Vino Nobile di Montepulziano 2007 was a good pick and compagnion. Attentive service. Overall a great alternative to the big Bergström-dominator in Lüneburg which didn't convince us Restaurant-wise at all and we were obliged to eat there for 3.5 days."

"Ich war auf Empfehlung des Hotelinhabers in dieser Pizzeria. Vor gut zwei Jahren bin ich schon mal in der vom selben Inhaber (Gabriele Penserini) geführten Osteria gewesen. Der damals schon exzellente Eindruck ist bestätigt worden. Eine richtig gute und tolle Pizzeria! Ein aufmerksamer und persönlicher Service von zwei jungen Damen, ein Inhaber, der die Pizza noch selber mit viel Liebe und Herzblut zusammenstellt - wo findet man das noch? Die Karte ist überschaubar, was ich gut finde, weil es darauf schließen lässt, dass mit frischen Produkten und Zutaten gearbeitet wird. So ist es - ein leckerer, einfacher, aber gut angemachter Tomatensalat mit frischen Brot als Vorspeise. Die Pizzaempfehlung: Pizza mit frischen Spargel, Parmaschinken und Ruccola - großartig, einfach lecker. Ein krosses, flaches Pizzarad mit reichlich frischen Zutaten! Ich habe in den letzten Jahren selten eine so gute Pizza gegessen. Der Chef selber wünscht an den Tischen "bon appetito" und erkundigt sich, ob alles passt! Am Service und an der Qualität können sich viele ein Beispiel nehmen - ich würde jederzeit wieder hier essen mögen!!!"

"Wenn ein kritischer Mensch wie ich hier volle 5 Punkte vergibt, heißt das natürlich, dass "Das Kleine" eine tolle Leistung abgeliefert hat. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, vergleichbares ist in Lüneburg auch deutlich teurer zu haben. Also nicht von der "touristischen" Lage irritieren lassen. Zudem sehr freundlicher fähiger Service mit Durchblick jederzeit und Arbeit im Team zu Gunsten der Kunden. Gute Auswahl an auch ausgefallenen Speisen, ausgezeichnete Küchenleistung, ebenso bezüglich der Portionsgrößen. Die Karotteningwersuppe war - mal eine Abwechslung - nicht komplett püriert sondern brachte noch Gemüsestücke mit, prima Idee. Spitze war der Matjesbagel, sowohl als Idee als auch in der Ausführung und nicht zuletzt bei der Matjesqualität. Hätte ich nicht noch ein anderes Lokal testen wollen - ich wäre glatt noch 2 x wieder gekommen nur für diesen Matjes! Netterweise auch ein kleines, ebenso vernünftig kalkuliertes Weinangebot - ich freue mich auf die nächste Tour nach LG, dann auf jeden Fall wieder mit Einkehr im "Kleinen"!"
