"we had to do with holes in mommenheim, we couldn't eat a bit in the clubhouse because they had a private booking for people for a high time, so we went to pizza dato in Mainz-Hechtsheim. the place was not too. burdensome, so we had no problem finding parking for two cars. we sat outside on the terrace, the waitress brought us the menus, we ordered big caught pils and a wine beer. "a few months ago, rocco mendola opened its pizzeria in Mainz-Ebersheim. Located directly on the main road, it is easily accessible, a bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity.The ambiente is very welcoming, you can either take in the local or winter garden. the greeting by the chef himself is very warm, the guest feels immediately welcome. we offer mostly pizza and pasta, supplemented by some additional dishes on the tageskarte. prices are local and moderate. besides the usual pastage and pizza variations there are some unusual offers. for example a pizza vecchio mondo, pizza rocco and a pizza myriam. my favorite is the pizza mafioso, with peperoniwurst and peperoncino. slightly sharp, super tasty. An absolute highlight is the pizza nutella. for dessert we always order one and share it under 3 or 4 people. the crowning of a beautiful evening.The drink selection is versatile, the offered weine are of good quality and reasonable price. who is looking for a good pasta or a good pizza in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, for which is the pizzeria da rocco a good address."

"we had reserved for 20 o'clock in summer weather and were glad to have done this, as all the tables were occupied. the atmosphere in the hof is really very beautiful. the service was extremely attentive and accommodating from beginning to end. the aperitif drinks were very good as well as the starter plate made up of the vitrine, consisting of grilled and partly inlaid vegetables, pulpo, parmesan splinter, a kind of warm rice cake with tomato filling (unconditionally taste!) and homemade brot. overall the appetizer was well selected and put together and very tasty. the main dishes (pizzen and pasta) were also delicious. the pizza floor beautiful dunn and well covered, the pasta with salmon very aromatic. we will be coming back"

"Unfortunately, the restaurant had a very unfriendly service. The operation was annoyed by asking for ingredients in dishes and only giving the information after it became clear that it was about allergies. No allergens on the map, in my opinion an absolute unding, especially when the operation is so pampered with the demand. No choice for vegans or vegetarians with lactose except fries and add salad. Pommes and additional salad were, however, leaks."
