My fav go to food store in London, always offering the best selections of cold and hot healthy dishes

Very friendly staff, one young lad in particular made my morning even better with his excellent service!

Very quick service but the staff were a little rude… paid in cash which seemed to annoy them which is a shame. The drink I got was very nice though! View menu

Amazing place. Tasty and healthy food very attractive to young people (avocado, salmon, mango... , beautiful atmosphere and very kind people. Fast service. Fair costs for such high quality ingredients. I strongly recommend it.

Good lunch options. Very friendly staff here and the coffee is good. Breakfast though is a different story. They mostly have porridge available and the brioche rolls (bacon/sausage and egg) are hardly ever available early morning.

Sarcastic staff, joking amongst themselves after I asked a question about how long the shop had been there, just plain rude, not what I expected from a Pret, usually polite etc, maybe they'd had a busy day, either way, I won't be going there again, another branch 5 minutes away. View menu

This tiny little Pret is one of my all time favourites. It's tucked down a small alleyway and so easily overlooked. The staff are amazing. Super friendly, always keen to help and lightning fast. I've seen a long queue disappear in 2 minutes thanks to very efficient service. Pop in and say hello to the great team here.

Very unprofessional lads. Laughing in the customer face! for what reason? I even had to ask what's the matter. Behaved very childish, and very unusual, i never come across such ^service^ before. Won't visit again this particular place. The branch next to the Victoria station is totally opposite, very professional and very pleasant service.
