"The food at this restaurant was delicious, though there were a few errors with the Hunters Chicken signature dish - the gammon was missing and we received chips and mushy peas instead of mash and peas. Despite this, the food was excellent and the staff were lovely and quickly resolved the issue. The dessert took a bit longer to come out, as it seemed to just be ice cream."

Over priced small portions. Place was empty but took a long time for food to arrive (22 minutes) even then wasn't good. Staff sitting down drinking outside smoking. Service standards well below par. Definately wouldn't go back.

we do enjoy having either lunch or an evening meal the atmosphere is to our liking, we have a favourite spot where we like to sit. in most cases it is free other times it's in use, food is reasonably priced and the menu varies throughout the year, highly recommended.
