Really Wild Emporium

The flavors are outstanding, and there are fantastic options for both vegan and vegetarian diets. I was particularly impressed by the use of foraged ingredients.

We tried the small plates as we visited during July. The food was so well thought through, such unique and interesting flavours. It was excellent. Friendly service too.

This is a really neat spot that features foraged ingredients in both their dishes and the products available for sale upstairs. They offer plenty of vegan options, including a daily vegan cake to take home.

We thoroughly enjoyed the vegan tasting menu here. All the dishes were presented beautifully and were equally delicious. The staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about where the ingredients came from. Would highly recommended

My partner and I went to the really wild emporium for our anniversary and had the tasting menu. It was absolutely incredible. The food is locally grown/foraged and the servers let you know where everything is from! I would give it 5 stars but happy cow puts a limit on 4 for non-vegan places!

The lunch menu featured an impressive selection of vegan options, with 12 to 23 items available either as vegan dishes or with vegan alternatives, all of which were bursting with flavor. The "small plates" served tapas-style were quite generous. We tried freshly made falafel accompanied by a broad bean dipping sauce, the best baba ganoush I've ever tasted, roasted new potatoes with a deliciously fresh garlic mayo, a vibrant salad garnished with edible flowers, and a grainy sourdough served with olive oil and balsamic for dipping. Everything was exceptionally fresh and incredibly flavorful. They also offered a variety of vegan cakes for dessert.

We’ve never been to a foraging restaurant before and it was a revelation! You can order the vegan, vegetarian or a meat taster menu which is 6 courses of beautifully presented food £45) The chef came and chatted to us at the start of the evening and explained how it all worked then the staff explained each dish and what had been foraged and often from where). The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the decor was lovely and rustic. Definitely need to book for the evening and when we visited they were only offering this on a Thursday Friday but this increases during the high season. Would definitely recommend- a great night with great food! View menu
