"Upon arriving at a very poorly attended restaurant (only one table for two was occupied), we were informed by the host that we did not have a reservation. However, our OpenTable request confirmed that we did indeed have a reservation. Instead of apologizing for the oversight and seating us at a table, we were just stared at blankly, so we decided to leave the not-so-busy restaurant. It was probably a blessing in disguise that we couldn't eat at this restaurant, potentially avoiding food poisoning or something similar. Even in hindsight, it is very bewildering that the staff did not assign us a table, especially when the entire restaurant was almost empty. Due to this experience, we will not be returning nor will we ever recommend this restaurant."

When we arrived at a restaurant with very few customers (only 12 tables), we were told that our reservation was not found in their records. Even though we had made a reservation through the OpenTable app, we were not seated and were instead treated rudely and asked to leave the almost empty restaurant. It may have been a blessing in disguise that we didn't eat there, considering the unprofessional way our reservation was handled, which made us question the food quality and hygiene standards.
