on 01.05.2019 we visited this restaurant and ordered a kalbsotte. the flesh was also, as in the commentary, full of fat. it can't be a coincidence anymore! obviously the restaurant offers its guests high quality meat to the best trips (20€ supplements) very bad, as the environment is very beautiful.

I was visiting the museum and had really hungry after all the great impressions. there has been offered that is located directly on the premises a restaurant: the restaurant museo!!! the absolute madness as brilliantly beautiful that is made! here is just right everything!!! eating, ambiente and friendly staff! you must have seen absolutely! highly recommended!

beautiful ambiente, but unfortunately overwhelmed in rush times. we waited for lunch for an hour, and when we ordered a dessert after eating, another hour. the quality of the food does not correspond to the price/performance ratio. my calfskin was so fried by fat that one could eat only a fraction of the meat. on a courtesy note we received neither a response nor an encounter of the house. heinz faßold, bayreuth
