Had dinner before starting a week of exhibition in Munich. Simple but delicious food. Not to fancy, great quality and prices. Personel more than friendly. Would definitly go back here

Located on Effnerplatz between the Arabellapark and Richard Straus Str. U-bahn stations, this neighborhood restaurant serves excellent pizza and pasta dishes. Mainly catering to locals, service was prompt and friendly. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Great place to eat if you are in the area.

We have tried this on a couple of occasions and to be honest we have found it lacking . We went today for lunch and the service was terrible. The Bolognese rigotelli was over salty . I had to keep drinking water to be able to eat it . Everyone else got bread on their tables but we didn't . 45 euros and we came out disappointed. View menu

This restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the Westin Grand.We were seated promptly despite the restaurant being quite busy on a cold, blustery night.Our waiter was friendly, helpful and efficient. There is plenty to choose from on the menu. The house wine was great value as was our meal. While not terribly authentic Italian, it good tasty food that is served quickly.

My wife and I went on a Viking River Cruise and they had us staying at the Westin Grand Hotel in Munich. We were not sure where to eat and this restaurant was close to our hotel so we decided to take a chance at eating here. They were very helpful and friendly and the important point was we were able to communicate with them in English. We both had a good meal there. Would recommend the restaurant.

Went here for a business lunch and due to the great weather we sat outside. First impression of the place was that it was very clean. I ordered sepia which came with a small side dish of fried vegetables. The food was very tasty and well presented on the plate. It is just a pity that they do not have a real lunch special menu which is lower in price than the normal menu.Service was great. Very courteous. View menu

We only had three nights in Munich and found this little gem walking past on day 2. It looked a little down market from the outside, but inside was a different matter. As well as pizza and pasta there was a number of meat and fish dishes. We both had veal Marsala with a great variety of vegetables. The food was so good we came back a second night, this time for fish and tiramisu. The staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. A really great find and right next to the Effnerstrasse tram and bus stop. Good food, good value and exceptional service.

The location a hip hop across from the Westin Grande....and when there you will find a rather cute little italian restaurant run by a Croat and served by an Italian...a menu of italian specialities with a german twist....the value for money is simple and well delivered. The choice sufficient to ensure you are completely satisfied, I was and then some....try it...it is a simple place with simple taste...and a sincere desire to give you a good meal...actually it's a bit romantic too...and cosy...and very very relaxing no rush no push no worries chill and enjoy.

This restaurant is one of my all- time favorites, not just because of the great food and exceptionally friendly service, but also because so many friends and business associates rave about it when I take them here – it’s not just me.The best fish on the menu is the Branzino, pan- fried whole and deboned at your table. The pasta is always excellent and the sauces tasty and fresh. The salads are top- notch, crisp and fresh. The tomato soup has just the right essence of tomato. On and on.I have eaten at perhaps 50 of the more than 300 Italian restaurants in Munich, and this is consistently (the past seven years) one of the very best, and it is also the least expensive.The decorations are kitsch...
