"Great range of good quality food, pretty much every single item had a vegetarian or vegan option, it caters for all veg*ns equally. I had a wrap and I saw lots of people ordering the burgers, they seemed very popular. Decent sized portions of food (they give you huge slices of cake) and well priced too.Friendly staff with quick service. The location fits in suitably in the trendy area of Kreuzberg and right next to a U bahn station. Would definitely recommend Rootz to all veg*ns and also to omnivores, it's tasty food either way."

We found this on a walk from the East Side gallery, across the river Spee. There were nice choices of both vegetarian and vegan- simple, tasty, and reasonably priced.

Vegan and vegetarian restaurant with burrito bowls, soups, burgers and cakes on the menu. I had the Santa Fe bowl (vegan) which was very nice. Reasonably priced too :)

All under 5€. Healthy and tasty. Mexican inspired food-lots of advacado). They have omlettes-which we struggled to find in Berlin. Cute place with courtyard. The staff were very nice.My 3 other friends kept wanting to go back there to eat.

We found it on the web, and chose it from the 3 cafes in the locality of Kreuzberg. Easy to get to on the U-Bahn (Schiesisches Tor), the staff were friendly and helpful. Interesting compact menu. Tried the Seitan (wheat based version of 'pulled pork') for the 1st time - scrummy. Other half was ecstatic about her vegan burger. Furniture a bit basic, but roomy place. Expect it to just get better.

It's a really beautiful and cosy restaurant directly next to Underground station Schlesisches Tor. They prepare vegan and vegetarian, really delicious food. They offer every day different daily soups or dishes. They also sell awesome cake and tarts, probably the most delicious I've never tasted. The prices are totally fair, rather cheaper than in other vegan/vegetarian restaurants. The beverages the offer are mostly alternative and the coffee is peerlessly perfect ! Try it !

This is my favorite place in Berlin. We had lunch there and it was very tasteful. I love that you can choose between normal or vegan cheese on your burger. All cakes are vegan too, so I took 2 pieces because choosing was too difficult :-) Both were delicious! Besides all the good food, it was one of the few places that had good working free wifi and I could even charge my phone under the tables inside. That's really great for tourists who are on their way all day in a big city like Berlin.
