The restaurant is lovely, but I was not impressed by the food, even though my friends had recommended it. It was just average.

The Thai food at this restaurant is excellent, with generous portions and good, attentive service. It's great value for money and even on a Wednesday evening, the place was surprisingly busy, creating a nice, happy atmosphere. They also offer a good selection of house wine.

haven't been for a couple of months due to a knee replacement. Much miised. Went yesterday and all wonderful as it always is. The food and service is exceptional as are the waitresses. You must visit you will not be disaoointed. Always remember in life you get what you pay for

I used to consider Runwong a special and enjoyable dining experience. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit. Quite often, my husband and I ordered takeaway from this restaurant. Yesterday we also decided to use this service. My husband ordered the 66 Talay Pud Nam-man Hoi for me. A few hours after dinner I felt sick. I was seriously poisoned and had an awful night. This is the worst thing that can happen to you after you eat at a restaurant or order food delivery. I will never neither go to this restaurant or or order some food from it again.

We booked this restaurant for Sunday lunch and were thoroughly satisfied. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with the staff in beautiful authentic dress. There was a Sunday fixed lunch from which my husband chose while the rest of us had a la carte. There were dishes I had never seen before in any other Thai restaurant I’d visited. My main course was slices of succulent duck on a bed of noodles with pak choi. It was delicious. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. A definite must to return to.

Went with friends this week. Service was terrible. The lady serving us couldn’t have been less interested. Table booked for 20:15 and it was clear they wanted us out as soon as possible. Maybe the staff aren’t getting enough sleep as every staff member looked tired and indifferent. Asked for a panang and chicken and was surprised to see it wasn’t some they did. The first Thai restaurant in 30 years that doesn’t do it. The food that did come was dry and nor executed very well. Been in the past and remember it as good. Will definitely not be back. View menu
