"The experience here is amazing. The food is all locally raised and grown. The husband and wife team are great and the staff are incredibly attentive. The chef’s tastings are incredible along with the homemade butter and bread. The key is to pace yourself. We had the vegetable dish and the char for the starter. The vegetable dish was good, but the char was amazing. For the first course we had the pino mugo spaghetti and the ravioli with duck. The duck was very good. The spaghetti was very good, but the aromatic flavor of the spaghetti was strong. Make sure this is what you like. The second course was the lamb and venison which were fantastic. For desert we had the apple desert with elderberry cream which was to die for. Lastly, the Sommelier was perfection in the wine pairings with each course. For those who love experiencing food this is a must eat place."

We had the most special experience dining at SanBrite. Every bite and sip were artfully curated! The wine pairings chosen by the sommelier were also fantastic. Every detail is so thoughtfully cared for. We literally tasted the forest and the mountains! Grazie Mille for the memorable meal of our lives!

Non è stato il solito ristorante ma un viaggio attraverso la trasformazione del cibo e cosa si può ottenere.Ogni piatto sembrava di viaggiare in un orto e su nelle montagne Esperienza fantastica e pensando ai piatti mi ritornano in mente i sapori in bocca è un esperienza che dovrebbero provare.
