"Gott sei Dank sind die Geschmäcker verschieden. Wir haben bestellt, abgeholt und am Campingplatz gegessen. Der eine Stern ist für die sehr schnelle Zubereitung. Der Rest war nix. Schnitzel Hakan nix, Schnitzel Mosel noch schlechter. Wenn ein Kalbsschnitzel so schmecken muß werden wir nie wieder irgendwo eins bestellen. Letztendlich war die zusätzliche Pizza den Schnitzeln entsprechend. Leider gehen wir dort nie wieder hin. Wir haben selten schlechter gegessen. Aber wie gesagt, die Geschmäcker sind verschieden und somit unsere Rezession bedingt Aussage kräftig."

"it seemed very cute. the service really asks in passing whether the eating in order would be a response she would not have understood. I have asked to respond to a dame that sat hidden and tried to reach the person several times, so I have made myself unpopular. pizza was fad. according to the card with garlic has unfortunately not tasted after garlic, and then rucola over both pizzas stood nothing on the map of it. they were the ordered sorts. for us, the price was not good."

"Wir hatten persönlich bei der Chefin einen Tag zuvor einen Tisch für 9 Personen für 19 Uhr bestellt. Nachdem wir um 19:08 Uhr das Lokal betraten, war unser Tisch besetzt. Als wir nach unserem Tisch fragten, wurde uns von der Chefin in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton mitgeteilt, dass unser Tisch besetzt sei. Wir wiesen auf unsere Reservierung hin. Sie meinte äußerst mürrisch, dass sie dachte, dass wir diejenigen wären, die reserviert haben. Die Krönung war dann auch noch, dass sie schon 100 Personen in 8 Minuten wegschicken musste. Hier ist doch sehr an der Glaubwürdigkeit der Hausherrin zu zweifeln. Wenn man einen Fehler macht, kann man ihn zugeben und sich dafür auch entschuldigen. Aber das hat die Chefin wohl nicht nötig. Unsere geplante Weinprobe mit unserem Verein im nächsten Jahr kommt für uns in diesem Haus natürlich nicht mehr in Frage. Zum Glück fanden wir in Dicle Restaurant Pizzeria und Kebab Haus noch einen Tisch mit einer sehr netten Bedienung. Da kann sich die Chefin mal eine große Scheibe davon abschneiden.Leider musste ich für diese Bewertung einen Stern geben, damit ich meine Beurteilung abgeben darf. Verdient haben sie KEINEN!!!"

"We were already concerned that you did not have a meal in the rather sleepy village of castles at 20:30, but fortunately there was this pizzeria. There were fair prices and good Italian food to a large selection. We will definitely eat again here, we should be back in castles."

"My family and I had eaten at the Schloss Hotel Restaurant twice before and had decent service and good food... No significant complaints. Then came the group experience... We reserved the outside patio area for a group of approximately 30 and even put in our requested order (they requested we all eat the same meal for their convenience at cooking for such a large party... fine). The person making the reservation spoke with the manager on three occasions, once in person when she put in the order and confirmed the guest count.When we showed up to the restaurant on THE night, it looked as if we had been totally forgotten about. We were seated INSIDE (the weather was cloudy, but no rain yet and still nice enough that others were outside) and we were seated at different tables, some far apart from the others so that it was as if we were not together at all. When we expressed our displeasure at the situation, we were met with rude replies, blaming accusations (???), and no help at all. I asked why we were not seated outside when we had reserved the outside patio area, and was told that it was too cold (it was not). Finally, I told the manager that we would be moving outside. Once outside, things got even worse... The party was only saved due to great company and lots of fun and laughter amongst us all. A couple of the staff were very nice and a couple were the worst I have come across in Europe, going as far as insulting and bashing us in German without realizing that some of us were German and understood every word. We had to wait almost two hours for our meal and we later found out by one of the staff members that the manager forgot to put our reservation in the calendar (so why they tried to blame us beats me). One of the waitresses there was the most condescending and rude women I have met in my life and she tried to make us pay at the end for a meal that no one had ordered, been served, or eaten. I have recently found out from others in this area that they had similar group experiences at this restaurant... Horrible management, no preparation, poor service, and a habit of sticking guests with meals they did not order or eat. The area is pretty and the hotel is nice, but... Never again."
