"I was often very happy at the spaghetti house in Neuss. The food tastes very good, but the service is not so the hit. Our booking was at the time of the Schützenfest in Neuss and when we entered the restaurant, several service employees were able to cover the entire restaurant for an apparently larger event. Instead of the big card (from which I warned my friends) there were only separate dishes on a simple A4 paper. Due to the protection there was a reduced card that would not have been a problem if you had said that if you book it by phone! Very frustrating. Although we sat in a corner, the service was very loud, both from conversations and from discovery. A very unpleasant visit. The food tasted good, but the rest broke it. Too bad it was with the spaghetti house for me."

service very friendly. Unfortunately, eating was partly cold. Two courts were wrong. tomatensoße tastes after a finished sauce, as if it were made of a glass and the nudes are just too soft. we were so happy to see the evening.

we had a table reserved for 5 but it was very cramped so that we were discouraged from the base plate it would be tight and you would have to clean up for it. it was also very close and very loudly uncomfortable with the neighbour. Eating was good as always, but what is beneficial if you don't feel comfortable.
