"Wir haben in diesem Restaurant versucht etwas zu essen. Die Begrüßung war alles andere als herzlich. Das Servicepersonal war sichtlich überfordert (das Lokal war maximal zu 50% besucht). Wir sind über eine halbe Stunde ignoriert worden. Konnten keine Getränkebestellung, geschweige denn eine Essensbestellung aufgeben und haben dann nach mehr als 30 Minuten das Restaurant verlassen. Der Ton unter den Mitarbeitern war rau, genervt und chaotisch. Wir, als Gäste, haben uns alles andere als wohl dort gefühlt. Das lag auch daran, dass eine Person unserer Gruppe im Gang sitzen musste, der Tisch zu klein für drei Personen war und die freien Tische nicht genutzt wurden, um die Gäste auseinander zu setzen. Wir sind auf Grund der guten Bewertungen in dieses Lokal eingekehrt wir können die sehr guten bis guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Nach diesen Vorfällen, haben wir das Lokal ohne Bestellung wieder verlassen. Ich hoffe, dass der Inhaber sich diese Kritik zu Herzen nimmt und nicht wie bei unserem Besuch seine Mitarbeiter hin und her scheucht. Ist passiert am 24.03.2024 im Zeitraum von 17:25 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr."

"After a day trip to Winterberg, we were looking for a place to have a nice meal on Google Maps and came across this restaurant based on the good reviews and we weren't disappointed. From the outside the restaurant looks inconspicuous and you can see that it is an older building. After we entered the restaurant, we were surprised at how lovingly and modernly the restaurant was furnished. The map itself is clear and offers something for everyone. We ourselves had an 8-year-old child with us and there were three children's meals to choose from (burgers, schnitzels and nuggets). In addition to the children's burger (photo), we ordered two schnitzel dishes and shortly after ordering we heard the knocking noise from the kitchen, which gave us a good feeling because we knew it was freshly prepared. The dishes themselves were very lovingly prepared and ensured that we started straight away and forgot the photo. The schnitzels were very tender and incredibly tasty, and the burger was also good. Sufficient ketchup and mayonnaise were provided and ordering more ketchup was no problem at all. The side dishes with fries were more than enough filled, so we couldn't manage a whole bowl. After we had cleared away, the owner came and asked if he should pack up the remaining burger. After we said no, we immediately asked if everything was OK with the burger. We found that very thoughtful. After we assured that everything was fine and that we were all just too full, the answer came, but the little lady will definitely manage some ice cream. We also found that very nice and shows how fond this place is for children. This is also underlined by the fact that there is a rule at the counter with board games for children, which are intended to pass the time. Praise here too, the games are modern and in very good condition. We will definitely come back on our next trip as we were very satisfied with the service, food and ambience and were able to enjoy a relaxed meal. Thanks for that and keep it up."

"Chic Italian restaurant with good value for money We were warmly welcomed today by Priscilla and very attentively hosted. The food pork Lende alla Pizzaiolla, a side salad and the pizza Capriciosa have tasted very delicious. The food came fast, was hot and very tasty. A greeting from the kitchen was free as a proposal. "from the appetizer to dessert everything was done best and a pale human mouse. as a main dish, I had charred, really a pleasure. decorated with a lot of care and taste in the country style, they sit quietly with perfectly tapped 7 minutes pilger. the vegetarian also finds numerous attractive dishes on the menu. also recommend the desserts! in summer also with a quiet beer garden directly at the b 7 an nuttlar."

"The lady in the restaurant was very helpful. I am a vegetarian. So I thought I won't get anything edible in a small town. But she suggested a pizza which can suit my requirement. Surprisingly it was well baked and tasty. Even the pasta was amazing.we had Pizza Vegitaria and Penne Arabiata pasta. Do try!"
