"We stayed today with 4 persons in the StäV Bremen Böttcherstr. We were expecting Rheinische and Bremer specialties, as well as Kölscher beer, which, as usual, is unrequired. So cover on it, otherwise the flap is gone. The food was great. We took three times «Himmel un Äd» The Rhenish National Court Fried bloodworst Flönz on potato puree, baked onion rings and apple compote as well as once «Kölsches Hämchenfleisch» A special Cologne locality foreleg without bone on sauerkraut and roast potatoes Both dishes were big, but for a flame cake it was still the sweet flame cakes with apples on cinnamon, on request flambit with Calvados The service was extremely friendly, the service very fast. All in all, we were all satisfied, and will definitely eat again. Then the Bremer dishes are like Knipp. The only thing that could disturb was the volume in the restaurant, but for me it was still tolerable at the full place"
