"This restaurant deserves a higher Trip Advisor rating than it has! Visited tonight with my Mum and we had paella, egg/sausage/chips (I’m pretty sure this dish was made for us, off menu) and a jug of delicious sangria. The staff were super friendly and spoke reasonable english. The ambience of the place felt quintessentially Spanish/Catalonian, and the food was excellent value as well as good quality. I would definitely recommend a visit to Stella Maris. and we had paella, egg/sausage/chips (I’m pretty sure this dish was made for us, off menu) and a jug of delicious sangria. Not bad, you don't have to go with very high expectations, but this rich. reasonable amounts and the summer dye was good. They serve the star of the galaxy, for me that's a very positive point!

We had an amazing Arroz Negro at this place. When you visit Badalona you should absolutely also visit Stella Maris. It is run by this very friendly young couple. The husband and chef explained a lot about how to make Arroz Negro. There is not a big choice in wine but the Verdejo is perfect.
