"This restaurant is located in a small bat and is one of the two in a cantabria with a michelin star. the other is the serbal and it is of the same owners, although this is much more beautiful and somewhat cheaper, without failing to be very expensive, but serves the same dishes or very similar to the other. the new mill has a large garden, several dining room, a precious fountain and even a kind of subdivision water course that is equipped for a small group meeting. It has a huge table for a whole family to eat comfortably. The deal on the part of the staff is exquisite. I don't know if they always do or agree because we asked for the tasting menu, but they were explaining each dish, what it was wearing and how it was cooked, as they served us. Before you start with the menu you are invited to an appetizer consisting of a glass of pink cava (the bottle opens it in front of you), something very rare to eat with spoon (such as an ice cream tomato) and a tasting of oil. All this to open your mouth. Of course, you are not hungry, because the tasting menu includes four dishes and two desserts. You pay the drink apart. To accompany the coffee they bring you a small tray of sweets, also in the name of the house. The truth is that they deal with all the details. the bill was quite high: 130 euros for two people, very expensive but worthwhile and the site is worthwhile: kitchen author with an exquisite service. Every once in a while you have to give yourself a whim. ah, the most curious thing is that in the bathroom you have the option to wash your teeth because there are kits that include brush and pasta."
