Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo sulla terrazza Magico Tablao : vista da favola e bella location. I cocktail davvero buoni, forse migliorerei gli stuzzichini di accompagnamento .

Un luogo ideale per isolarsi dal mondo e godere di momenti, respiri, cibi con il pregio di chiamarli naturali. Non è solo un Experience Hotel è un luogo dove ti senti a tuo agio protetto e servito come un principe anche se non sei in una favola

You will be awed by the art and the details at this place. The staff and founder all are pleasant people to speak with. Food is the next part of being here. Especially the ravioli and mushrooms . The cheese is so fresh and the flavors of each dish are so balanced. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

We only went to the restaurant based upon its previous Michelin star from 2014 and wanted to try it. The property is rather large and well kept with a couple of restaurants. I believe there is a main one, a modern bar and one at the garden. We ate at the main one, and while good, I believe it could have been better. The dining area felt very tight with tables within an arms reach. And while the food was good. I felt it wasn't anything special for Sardinia. The price was on par with other restaurants we ate at.

Nel nostro immaginario la Sardegna è mare e sole. Pensiero limitativo. Esistono luoghi all'interno che ti riportano al passato, ad una civiltà contadina che non ha nulla a che fare con le spiagge assolate ed il mare cristallino. Su Gologone è uno di questi luoghi, dove non solo potrai rivivere atmosfere ancestrali, ma potrai valutare una cucina in puro stile sardo. Ho apprezzato il loro primo piatto tipico: FILINDEU, la minestra dei racconti di Grazia Deledda. Sarà stato l'ambiente, l'atmosfera, il cibo, la compagnia, ma la serata è trascorsa veloce lasciando un indissolubile ricordo. Da provare, assolutamente.
