"We were looking forward to a lovely evening, but unfortunately it was completely ruined by the behavior of the restaurant. It wasn't the food, the ambience or the noise that disappointed us all of it was actually very good. No, it was the way we were treated as guests that stunned us. After only 2.5 hours we a group of 7 people were actually asked to vacate our table as it was needed for the next guests. I've never experienced anything like this! We each ordered a starter, main course, dessert and drinks, so that wasn't exactly a small amount. Given the rather high prices, I would describe our group as quite worthwhile guests. What's particularly annoying is that there were weaknesses right from the start. We waited almost 20 minutes for the cards. If we had been aware that every minute counts here, we would have grabbed the tickets directly from the counter ourselves. But apparently time was more important for the restaurant than a relaxing evening for the guests. The taste of the food was excellent and the waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating the problem was clearly not there. Rather, this approach seems to be dictated by management, which makes the whole thing even more disappointing. Conclusion: Good food is not enough to keep you coming back. Such behavior is unacceptable and we will certainly not be spending another evening here. Absolutely disappointing!"
