"Wir haben nach einiger Zeit mal wieder Essen online bestellt, da die Qualität immer gut war! Leider kam weder per Mail o.ä. eine Antwort wann das Essen kommt. Also haben wir nach 20 min angerufen und gefragt wann es ca geliefert wird. Es wurde uns gesagt in einer Stunde .. leider waren es dann aber leider 1,5 Stunden!!! Kurz vorher haben sie uns angerufen, dass sie für den Burger die Soße nicht haben was passieren kann Wir fanden es gut, dass sie Bescheid gesagt haben. Ala der Fahrer an der Tür stand, hab ich erfahren das sie kein Ketchup haben. Nach dem ich im Lokal angerufen habe um mich zu beschweren, wurde die Chefin mir gegen über laut am Telefon und hat mich einfach weiter gereicht zu dem Fahrer Sehr traurig, dass die Chefin so etwas nicht mal selber klären kann und die angestellten vorschiebt! So gut es mal war, ist es leider bei weitem nicht mehr! Burger war nur lauwarm, Kebabfleisch war ziemlich trocken und für gut 11,50€ von der Größe der Portion recht teuer. Fazit, nachdem wir am Telefon so unverschämt behandelt worden, werden wir bei euch nichts mehr bestellen!!! Schade eigentlich, denn früher war’s echt gut.. "Tja... das war wohl vorerst unser letzter Besuch! In der Vergangenheit waren wir eigentlich immer zufrieden und um fair zu sein, ignorieren wir mal das anwesende Publikum und den damit verbundenen Lärmpegel. Aber: trotz des kräftig gestiegenen Preises für Buffett, gab es weder Tischdecken noch Platzdeckchen! Zwar Bierdeckel unter den Gläsern, aber die Teller stehen auf dem blanken Tisch, das selbst geholte Besteck liegt maximal auf einer Papierserviette. Leere Teller oder Suppenschüsseln wurden sehr spät abgeräumt, obwohl wenig los war. Mit der Rechnung wurde auch kein Pflaumenwein (aufs Haus) geliefert... nein, darauf erheben wir keinen Anspruch, aber bisher war das üblich. Die Speisen an sich waren schmackhaft, wenn auch recht wenig Auswahl und (aufgrund der frühen Uhrzeit) nicht alles richtig heiß war. "This is a nice place in the basement of the Governors House. Its cool to be inside this really old building. I started out with Capaccio thin slices of salmon that was tasty. It is plated up super thin slices and the waiter put limon, vinegar, salt and pepper. Next was the Auppa Di Scampi crab soup (was translated on the menu. Had no crab, just shrimp and tomato. It was good.. not the best... Corolette di Angnello al Forno Lamb chop au gratin. These lamb chops were drenched in tomato sauce. Very nice flavors. Topped it off with Tiramisu. That was very disappointing. It was very simple and not all that good in the end. Try something eles. A bit busy since it was Saturday night. Service is a bit unorganized and they have annoying buzzer and bell system when and order is ready. I still like this place as it is confortable, overall good food, wine, and laughs. If you are in Alfeld, this is one place you should stop for dinner. Cheers."

"we had our small family celebration (10 adults and 3 children) with overnight in the hotel and restaurant. they were really all more than satisfied. the rooms are large and cosy furnished. the view over alfeld is breathtaking. the directly adjacent forest invites you to walk and the children were thrilled by the explorer's path. in the evening we decided to have a tablebuffet. the foods were super delicious. fish and meat were cooked on the spot, which I unfortunately rarely experienced at buffets. everything was more than abundant and it tasted all, even the children didn't need extra sausage though and this was also offered in advance.The entire team was very friendly and engaged, but not at all intrusive.In total, you can only give 5 stars. I recommend the hotel 7 mountains anyway and we are happy to come back!"
