"Michelin star restaurant on the shores of the owner. a fantastic place with views of the vineyards and fabulous decoration. We order 2 booking menus, one of them adapted for a vegetarian person (there is also vegan option). the menu goes from less to more, which makes you end up with a very good taste of mouth. As for the vegetarian menu the adaptation is large, keeping the essence of the original menu. It is appreciated that there are michelin stars that adapt the dishes with organic vegetables of orchard. to highlight the attention of the staff, always very attentive, explaining the dishes and advising in a wine letter. We ask the booking menu without matching, as we think it is more profitable to take a bottle of the letter. the menu includes a visit to the winery at 5:00 pm (as soon as you notice when you make the reservation for the availability topics that you recommend to start eating at 14:00 to give you time."

Meeting the local chef during a vertical wine tasting while savouring the 4initial appetizers was extraordinary. The sommelier and the waitress were super. The same can be said about the dishes : inventive and full of taste. The bread spread : astonishing. 2 stars at least...

a two-and-a-half-hour show could describe it, but the experience should enjoy it without knowing what you're going to do. you just have to listen to the enjoyment of a gastronomic experience. the big booking menu, which is the one we take, is brutal and don't starve, it's more, it would cost to finish if it wasn't all that good. It's worth giving her everything and then not having dinner.

spectacular food, impeccable service. the sommelier was charming and explained to us the origin and reason of the choice of each wine to accompany each dish. We ordered the short menu with the special pairing and it was fantastic for a dinner. Today (after day) we have come back to buy some of the wines we tasted at dinner, because they were amazing. ah! and the dishes and the cups worth mentioning also, super pretty. No doubt, we'll come back!
