"Cuisine and excellent Neapolitan pizza on the outskirts of Tivoli, a real discovery thanks to The Fork. If you are looking for real pizza and you are in the East Rome area (but not only) and you don't want to wander around the centre, this is definitely the place for you. The place is very nice, spacious and tastefully furnished, basic but welcoming, with a large car park, in an isolated area and certainly not for walking but it is still worth going there. The girls in the room are kind and attentive, the menu arrives immediately and we order two medium craft beers (excellent, the red Amarcord on tap, perfect for pizza because it is light but aromatic), a Neapolitan cuoppo for two with pasta fritters, fried pizza , croquettes, arancini and supplì all good and absolutely artisanal. The main course arrives shortly after: the pizza. Soft, soft and tasty crust that passes the knife test and the taste test, fresh fiordilatte, the fragrant tomato and basil sauce: truly amazing. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to take desserts due to stomach upset but we will definitely be back soon and often. Worth trying if you love real Neapolitan pizza, stay away from fans of dry, crumbling Roman pizza: it's not the place for you."

I'm sure the pizza and pasta are great but if you're looking for something different there are lots of fabulous choices! Restaurant was clean and staff friendly....a treasure for sure!

Welcoming and modern, clean and young. Excellent impression as soon as I entered and confirmed by the kitchen. The homemade bread is a must-try and conclude with the Tiramisu Sbagliato which is absolutely not to be missed. 5 stars deserved, to be repeated!

A little suspcious of my B&B owner's recommendation I tried this pizzeria anyway and had a very pleasant surprise: the pizza bianca with provolone, salami and cherry tomatoes was one of the best pizza's I have ever tasted. And the Amarcord beer of Rimini that was recommended by the friendly staff was excellent too! View menu

Our hotel was nearby, not much in the area. We were looking for a light quick lunch, did not know the area, was first place to park easily, we were not expecting much. A big surprise, fresh cooked pasta of great texture, and extremely good in house made bread. Highly recommend staff helpful friendly. Quite industrial decor.

Excellent pizza and fried food, super good calzone!! Nice place, friendly staff, a little slow service. Booked with The Fork 20% discount 3 pizzas 2 beers 2 bottles of water 1 cod fillet 2 courgette flowers, a little small to be honest!, 1 Neapolitan cuoppo and generous plate of fried pizza fillets with tomatoes for appetizer €42

Excessive price for quality and portions (really small). The choice at lunch is very limited as they don't do pizza, a place in the middle of nowhere with little character but the prices certainly have character. 10 euros for a plate of pasta with frozen mushrooms or 8.50 for 4 Sorrento style gnocchi in which you had to go and look for the provola. The girls are kind and helpful but everything else just isn't right. Furthermore they charge for the service which is inconceivable and illegal (it must not be separate but already included in the price of the dishes) View menu
