"Die Trattoria Severin ist unsere absolute Lieblingpizzeria! Wir sind oft umgezogen und kennen dehalb ein paar davon. Die Trattoria ist genau so wie man sich das vorstellt beim Italiener. Der Pizzabäcker, der jetzt den Laden übernommen hat, backt seine Pizzen mitten im Gastraum, er witzelt mit seinen Gästen herum, lässt die Teigfladen fliegen und spielt mit den Kindern der Gäste. Alles ist sehr familiär und herzlich. Manchmal wird man vergessen, man wartet weil alles ein bisschen unorganisiert ist aber dann kommt wieder jemand und macht einen Scherz und alles ist vergessen. Wenn im Sommer der Biergarten offen ist, sind die Kellner wirklich ein bisschen überfordert aber die Pizza aus dem Holzofen ist fantastisch und jede Anstrengung und Wartezeit wert.Einmal kamen wir spät zum Biergarten und alles war voll. Der Pizzabäcker sah uns und wollte unbedingt dass wir bleiben obwohl wir uns nicht kannten. Damit wir draußen sitzen konnten, brachte er uns einen schweren Holztisch und schwere Holzstühle nach draußen und setzte uns einfach mitten rein. Es war etwas peinlich aber auch süß."

"Wir wurden großartig bedient, die Flammkuchen kamen in zügiger Frequenz zu uns. Gegen Ende wurde es etwas voller und die Pause zwischendrin etwas länger, wofür wir aber sehr dankbar waren, da der Magen immer voller wurde :"
