"The food was good although the portions seemed smaller than it used to be. Similarly, the chips were not as crisp as they used to be they felt a bit soggy, which was disappointing as the chips used to be a favourite with the whole family. The water used to make the pot of tea was just hot, not boiling or close to as it should be. Although it was not very busy, the toilets weren't very clean and was smelly. One of the ladies toilets didn't flush. I do hope The Lyppard Grange will maintain the standards it used to, as it is our go to place for family events."

Got there at 6.30pm ordered straightaway,then despite chasing food didn't get it for an hour and a half and mine was luke warm..Also people were being allowed to vape even though it is a family pub with children.

The first time we went it was great, but the second time they were closed due to a power cut. The third time we booked a table for dinner at 8:45 and the kitchen was shut, so we could only have drinks. We think the website should have made it clear that we couldn't book for dinner at that time of day.
