The food was exceptional, but the service could be improved, particularly with the timing when it comes to drink orders.

Very well designed eating area plus comfortable chairs for coffee. Excellent service and food, particularly suitable as a treat.

Incredible food and service. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Perfect surroundings. Stunning building. A real treat. Loved everything about it. We will definitely be back and will Stay Over next time. What a wonderful place.

We arrived on time but our table wasn’t ready but we didn’t mind waiting. However despite ordering promptly it was an hour before our starters arrived. Our main course order was then lost so the order was mixed up. It was a busy day so we understand things can go wrong but nobody explained to us what the issue was. If they had it would have made all the difference. Shame.

When I expressed my disappointment about the bark meat, the staff explained that they were closing for a break on Monday, which limited their ingredients. This seemed to be the reason why the breakfast "Fruchtplatte" arrived with just two slices of fruit. I had noted in my reservation that it was my birthday, yet all around us, desserts were being served with candles. We ordered two desserts ourselves, but they never arrived. Additionally, the price for our meal at Thyme was not reduced, which left us wondering why our experience didn’t reflect that lack of attention.

I gave 3 stars for my food, as I am a vegan. while carnivores were provided several possibilities, the only vegan option was a dish. I called in front of the hand and was pointed out that as it was a fresh kitchen, the cook is always ready to change the day. the main dish was a thick piece celeriac and I could only eat a small piece. there is so much that vegan could be offered, especially from a restaurant with so high standards. my guests, enjoyed their meal very much, as they are not more vegan. the service and the staff were absolutely brilliant. they saw that I did not enjoy my meal, and they generously did not invite me for the meal and gave us all our drinks on the house. will certain...
