"We were initially impressed by the restaurant, as the staff was accommodating to our large group. However, we experienced slow service when it took over 25 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. The waitress seemed stressed as she took our food orders. One member of our party needed a quick turnaround for a takeout order, but the restaurant's meal arrived before the takeout. When we inquired about the delay, a waiter rudely rolled his eyes. Our food arrived with several mistakes and missing items, causing further stress for our waitress. Some of the dishes were served cold after a long wait. When we chose not to pay the optional service fee due to the poor service, the waiter insisted that we pay more. This was disappointing compared to a previous positive experience at The Real Greek in Covent Garden. Overall, our group was underwhelmed by the overall dining experience at this restaurant."

Staff not friendly. Our waiter didn't know menu well enough. Short staffed. Food bland no seasoning. Very disappointed.

We ordered Greek sausage and Dolma as our main course, they were delicious. The other side dishes, such as flat bread, spicy feta cheese, Tjajiki, Greek scent and vegetables, were quite tasteless and disappointing.

Took a while to take orders considering only a Tues evening booking. The food arrived pleasantly quick and the servers seemed friendly. The toilets are some distance downstairs just a note not wheelchair accessible

I returned to this restaurant for a second time and will definitely be back again! The food, service, and atmosphere are all amazing. I highly recommend it. It's the perfect spot for pre-theatre dining and reasonably priced.

Excellent delicious food. Very reasonable price. Great service Quick service and very helpful advice re menu. All 8 of us enjoyed the food which had lots of vegetarian options. Second visit when in London- will definitely return

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at RealGreek. The waitress was unfriendly and hostile, the service was slow and some of our orders were forgotten or never delivered. The food lacked taste and overall, it was a very poor dining experience. I do not plan on returning to RealGreek in the future.

Food was just no what was expected!!..we had pitta and tzatziki to start that was ok can’t really go wrong with that !!..I had the pork as a main that was really dry and tough to eat it came with nothing else just a plate of dried meat !!I did order some new potatoes as a side and they were fat better than the dried up meat …my friend ordered lamb which was tasty but just not presented as a main meal…overall we were very disappointed!!
