"eating (appetizers, noodles with vegetables, chop suey from the bark) was delicious and solid. the chop suey was a little seasoned. the price was completely reasonable and the portions great. the supplier was there fast and the food was still hot."

delivery very fast, unfortunately the portions were too small for the price and the sweet sosse were very watery. but tastefully we were very satisfied View menu

in chicken sweet and sour with pineapple, etc., the sauce was tasteless (unperturbed). the chicken chop suey with sweet was a little sharp (not specified).

the main dishes (chop suey, huh with glass noodles) have not tasted at all. tastefully not asian at all, reminds more of overwrought roast sauce. both dishes have tasted exactly the same. tom kha suppe but quite okay.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
