"We arrived 1200 as per our appointment. In the almost empty restaurant we we allowed to order at 1220. 1320 waiter came back and told that our order had by mistake not been processed and asked if we wanted to wait another 30 min for our meat. Our guests were stressed and annoyed and opted for a quick soup and a sallad instead of the meat we have cone there for. Horrible experience"

we were probably early and therefore the only guests for a whole time.. very friendly and unobtrusive. thanks for that! was a relaxed nice evening, not very inexpensive, but for a special occasion very nice!

the experience was excellent. we went as a couple on holy evening and the service was impeccable. I can't stress that enough. was a.ma.zing we had the beef wellington and it was so delicious and slendered in mouth good. 10/10 would be recommand!

The food is very decent steakhouse fayre although nothing outstanding. The restaurant (indeed also the hotel it is adjoined to) is chronically understaffed. The handful of really experienced waiters were excellent but completely overstretched and their numbers bulked out by kids who didn’t have the first clue how to do table service.
