Tipicamente Aretina, nei mobili e nel menu! La torre di Gnicche è una tappa fissa per chi vuole immergersi in piatti toscani. Ampia scelta di vino. Prezzi medi per un osteria. Si affaccia anche sulla più bella piazza di Arezzo!

Una zuppa di cipolle passata in forno che è stata una vera prelibatezza !! Ma anche lo sformato che ho mangiato subito dopo è stato decisamente all'altezza!! Se si è in visita ad Arezzo, suggerisco di farci un salto a cena. Anche lo spettacolo della piazza, adiacente il locale, con le luci notturne ed i mercatini di Natale, è una visione da non perdere

Location molto caratteristica e intima, infatti ci sono pochissimi coperti. La scelta di vini è sicuramente soddisfacente. Il cibo nella media, sembra un po' riscaldato e sicuro non all'altezza dei vini. Le porzioni sono abbastanza piccole (anche rispetto ai prezzi) ma comunque siamo rimasti soddisfatti. First time in Arezzo and we will be taking home the memories of visiting this small (around 10 tables) restaurant, blink and you miss it. The menu is limited, but that's always an indication that everything is fresh and local. Lucia, the owner runs it, with the help o a cook and she doesn't mind explaining every dish in details, but her love is wine. A tiny restaurant with a cellar of 12,000 bottles that she has been collecting for the last 24 years, even the house wine is an amazing Chianti. We will be back.

Save yourselves if you can!!! AVOID this RUDE un-accommodating excuse of a restaurant. We went for dinner and our hotel had booked a table for three letting them know that two of us are heavily intolerant to gluten. When we arrived we asked for some crackers or gluten free bread and were confronted by an older rather unkept woman who told us she had none. When we mentioned that we had expressly asked our hotel to let them know, she responded that she will NEVER buy anything gluten free and that we could leave if we were not happy. She did not care!!!
