"the beautiful site, although in some aspects a bit neglected. the booking system a chaos. we reserve at noon on Saturday 20.8. they even call us to confirm that pets can be carried, but a few hours later they do not find a reservation. We have spent a spectacular day, first service, all the staff very friendly and with a smile. breathes very good energy. the location of the beach club loved us. casandra the director made us feel spectacular and made our visit a special day. very good cockteleria

No ceiling fans or air conditioning far too hot to eat we lasted 40 mins and left. Two days prior we had eaten at Nikki Beach it was amazing. Very disappointed with UM, we were really looking forward to spending the afternoon and evening there . Couldn’t even use the pool to cool down that was a different booking. We won’t be returning!
