"I booked a short trip to Titisee-Neustadt in the maritim hotel. Yeah, what should I say? we had a very nice room, with sea view. cozy and comfortable furnishings. I really liked it. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, very good to eat. great well organized breakfast buffet, which had no wish open and had something to offer for every palate and taste. always well filled and very tasty and tasty. when we had booked half board, we were also supplied with delicious food and gala buffet in the evening. a caffe, in which you take lunch and also belongs to the maritim, finished the pleasant picture. it wasn't a fool in the hotel, they could sleep quietly, we found it pleasant. in any case we will visit the maritim again, only because of the excellent location and the great kitchen. I think, highly recommended if someone spends some more money and wants!"

The buffet was very disappointing compared to the hotel and the surroundings, although the restaurant was 1/2 full and booking, we got a table in the bar and received very bad service to ask the manager to delete the table and order more drinks

"Far from the hustle and bustle lies this beautiful inn. Today on October 23 you could sit outside. Food not only 08/15 but also dishes on the map that are not found so often. We once ordered cauliflowers with cheese and Hollandaise baked, with salt potatoes and salad from the buffet and the second food lentils with homemade latency and sausages. Both totally delicious and inexpensive. Attention friendly service - could not have been better"

"My wife and I stopped in to Kallex after reading the positive reviews on TA. We were a little skeptical after hearing consecutive songs of bad house music on the hi-fi but remained open-minded and are glad we did. Beer selection was solid, food was great and well-portioned - I ordered the spicy currywurst, my wife had a burger - the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. What else could you ask for? Stop in when you're in Neustadt. You won't regret it."

"We came a few nights ago and enjoyed, so we came again. It took the restaurante over an hour and a quarter to bring the food. It took almost half an hour untill they took the order, although we called them again and again. after that they came to say that they dont have one of the dishes (which we ordered of). We complained a few times and all they said was that the kitchen was busy, although the restaurante was not food. When we said the kids are starving and asked to get whichever dish is ready, they insisted that they take out all the dishes together. Only after wr got upset, they agreed to bring out pizzas before the rest of the dishes. After waiting for so long, it doesnt matter how the food was. We were all upset and the kids were starved. Highly unrecommended."

"We had a very good stay at Hotel Alemannenhof but can only recommend the Hotel with the odd proviso! Most importantly, make sure you specify EXACTLY what room you will get as not all rooms have been renovated. Those that have been are truly nice, those that aren't truly are NOT!!! Please note that the price of the room is in no way indicative of the state of the room. The Restaurant is fine and the service is very good and child-friendly. The most attractive feature is the hotel's position right on the lake Titisee which is enviable and worthwhile during the summer season. However if you are travelling offseason and swimming in the lake is not necessarily a priority, I suggest you shop around if you can't get one of the new rooms!"
