This is a fantastic choice for those looking for New York style pizza in the area - you certainly won't be disappointed.

I have had pizza in the United States before, specifically in New York and Maryland, but I had not experienced a similar level of satisfaction since 2012. Despite trying many pizzas in Europe, Voodoo Ray's came close to capturing that American pizza essence. The dough was the perfect thickness to highlight the sauce and cheese, and the crust was satisfying to bite into. They offer slices with different toppings, making it easy to try a variety. If you're in search of a great slice, this is the place to visit!

I often forget that this place exists, thanks to it being tacked onto the end of Shoreditch's Boxpark complex, in a location that's easily missed if you're coming out of Shoreditch High Street station. It's much the same as other Voodoo Ray outlets, this time housed in a couple of old storage containers with a few basic high stool and ledge seating areas and a cramped serving space to the rear. The pizza is good, with a decent selection of toppings always available I tried their spicy pepperoni on my recent visit, which really hit the mark for me.
