"One should understand the meaning of Rhineland winehouse. You go there to enjoy a glass of wine (or two) in the evening. Is not a hastly event, one eats something to temper the wine and enjoys the evening if possible with company. If you are alone the Rhinelander is communicative and soon you will chatting with the people sitting around you. Weinhaus Lichtenberg is a tip well know around Bonn. The old and small front does hide a bit the large size of the rooms and terraces inside. Good wines of the region, you should try also the reds of the Ahr valley. Food simple and delicious. Try the Roast beef with Rheinland Bratkartoffeln ( thin sliced pre-boiled potatos fried to a crisp texture)."

Just a good atmosphere. Food is always good. In autumn and winter there are goose clubs with supplements.

simple, but very close... You must like it when you sit on a table with strangers, but that makes the charm

we wanted to come to your place in Easter service, see on the Internet whether it is open. Unfortunately we and some other guests are also on the door. Too bad we had a longer way. J. Stephan

Typical Wine Restaurant, a cosy and kempt location with nice and old fashioned furniture inside and tasteful and comfortale garden furniture in 2 covered gardens. Very good (mainly cold) dishes appropriate to good wines. Very friendly staff A traditional, very well known wine tavern

In addition to a wonderful selection of regional wines, which are partly cultivated directly above the house on Dollendorfer Hardt, you can eat a first-class good citizen here, but also with an influence of French cuisine. The ambience is rustic and the sanitary facilities are very clean. Prices are locally appropriate.

We went to Weinhaus Lichtenberg the second time this year and again had a wonderful experience. The place is heaving and it is lovely to go there. If you want a real German experience in a wine house, this is a must! They have a great selection of good German wines and good food. The service is excellent. Only, the parking is a little difficult, so be prepared to walk a bit.

This has been a tradition forever when i visit my Family in the Area. This place is one of the best winehauses in the Area. The food is still the best. Everything is fresh. Great wine selection. Great staff. If you looking for a nice evening out thats the place to go. Fridays is their day off, during the week they open after 4:30 and it is very fast packed to the Max. In summer there are many areas tot he back to sit outside, which in winter they are covered and Heated.

We always come back here with the same group of friends. The atmosphere is wonderful. This is a Weinhaus with a great selection of local and regional wines. The selection of other drinks is much more limited. The food is also great. We always come back to the Roast Beef on bread with either potatoe salad or German "bratkatoffeln" (fried potatoe slices), just yummy. Well worth the visit. Reservations are recommended as the place fills up quickly and people love to stay and chat while drinking more and more wine.
