"the personal was excellent, but the problem was that they had a big party that caused a limited service in the cash the party had priority on the cash and our meal was changed several times due to the lack of availability of food. the bar staff did his best to serve and supply food, but was overrun with the number of orders that food was rushed and not shown on a standard in pictures on their website. it was a sad early end of a possible good night"

Yesterday, both the food and service at The Wellwood Arms were excellent. I ordered the delicious meaty Sunday dinner, while my partner enjoyed the fish and chips, which were also very good. The staff was extremely friendly, happy, and helpful throughout our visit. We spent most of our time in the bar and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning soon. - Chris Mary
