"After a well one-hour walk, always slightly ascending, through the Reinhäuser Forst we reached the village Lichtenhagen (commonly belonging to Friedland), idyllicly located in the southern county of Göttingen in the Tripartite of Lower Saxony, Hesse and Thuringia. It is one of the highest villages in the province of Göttingen and with nearly 140 inhabitants at the same time one of the smallest. Church, inn, volunteer fire brigade, home club and the rolling supermarket (three times a week), that was it. It shouldn't sound high. It's just beautiful there and the place doesn't mean light temperament without reason, because it also presents itself light and friendly in deep November. Gans was pre-ordered and finished to the point. The attached photos show the feather cattle in total (still in the kitchen) and disassembled (at table). There were plenty of supplements and always replenishment on request: parsley potatoes, potato crumbs, red cabbage, rose cabbage, green cabbage, “eimously” sauce, cranberries and apple. To slam! The non-savvy residues of the two gooses were packed properly. The whole cost €20.50 per person. Of course, it was fried or cooked according to mother's kind, not filigree, but just as in the middle of how to appreciate it when you go to the country.
