"This was invited to a red ox wedding. Know the red ox under the old guard. Now directed by the cup from Donzdorf. The hall was beautifully decorated and Corona was provided with intervals. The service was good and the conditions fixed, most were learned powers. The food was very good, with the exception of the Panna Cotta, which tastefully and in consistency does not remember it. The mousse au chocolat compensated for that."

"Wir waren zum Abendessen an einem Freitag im Alten Rathaus. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort zum essen, und müssen feststellen, dass die Organisation in diesem Restaurant immer katastrophaler wird... Das Essen ist wirklich gut, aber wenn man einen entspannten Abend genießen möchte, dann besser nicht mehr ins Alte Rathaus am Wochenende. Es ging schon damit los, dass wir nach dem Platz nehmen ganze 30 Minuten warten mussten, bis wir überhaupt mal Getränke bestellen konnten. Diese waren dann nach weiteren 15 Minuten endlich da. Ähnlich ging es mit dem Essen, das wir bestellt hatten. Uns fiel auch auf, dass es unter den Servicekräften scheinbar keine Einteilung für bestimmte Tische gibt. Jeder macht irgendwie alle Tische... Entweder wird man 30 Minuten gar nicht auf eine Bestellung angesprochen, oder es kommen dann bis zu drei Servicekräfte nacheinander, die eine Bestellung aufnehmen möchten. Auch an den umliegenden Tischen haben wir Unmut mitbekommen wegen sehr langen Wartezeiten. Auch beim Bezahlen hatten wir 20 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet, um dann gesagt zu bekommen, dass wir am besten an der Kasse direkt zahlen sollten... Ein entspannter Abend sieht anders aus. Wir waren nach dem Besuch wirklich angenervt, und werden erst mal nicht mehr ins Alte Rathaus gehen. Hoffentlich merkt mal einer der Verantwortlichen, dass viel verbessert werden könnte, wenn die wirklich bemühten Servicekräfte einen Bereich zugewiesen bekommen würden, für den sie zuständig sind."

I immediately received an email that I had requested a reservation. Good! I never received an email confirmation (yes, I know about the issue of SPAM, but I work in IT. I didn't receive anything!! . If you work with IT, you should check and optimize it regularly. 2. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the ambience, the food quality and the service. Really great! It was great that there was a small pizza roller for cutting with the pizza! 3. We got really old Primitovo. You could already see that in the glass. Tasted very much like vinegar. With an “unbelievable” price of almost €10, you can really expect more. At the end the nice innkeeper gave out 2 new, good glasses “on the house”. That was nice, but it was also the least he could do. Who tastes a lot of wine, but this is worth a maximum of €6! 4. Speaking of prices. Dear restaurateurs (btw. I used to be a restaurateur too! , take a look at your restaurants. If your restaurant has over 50% empty seats, then something is wrong. Your food is good, but you can't sell a Margherita pizza for almost €11 (and that was probably one of the cheapest dishes . For comparison, I have attached a menu from Sicily from May 2024 here. And don't tell me about the 19%. It's always been there, then because of Corona you got 7%, which you didn't pass on. Now it's 19% again and suddenly it's going to be huge. If you keep pricing like this, you won't be around much longer! Consider dropping 3 to 4 € everywhere and stirring up the advertising drum from Göppingen to Waschenbeuren. Then the store will be full again and you will definitely earn more than you do now. Let's see how long it takes me to give it 4 or 5 stars. Food and drinks: The food is really good and nice to look at. The greeting from the kitchen was completely tasteless, even though it looked like much more. Service: 4 Location: 5"

"Gemütliche Wirtschaft mit Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Abholung möglich. Nette Bedienungen. Auswahl übersichtlich. Lieferung für alle Gäste am Tisch gleichzeitig. Ich hatte Gyros mit Kalamari und Kartoffelchips. Mittelmäßige Menge, Gute Qualität. Alles heiß und frisch zubereitet. Ordentlich Knoblauch, Gyros nicht sehr stark gewürzt. Der Salat war unter Durchschnitt. Sehr wenig, sehr einfache Zutaten, langweiliges Dressing. Preise Mittel bis teuer. Alles in allem: Empfehlenswert"
