"We LOVED this place! Ate there two nights over four days. The setting is perfect, located a little off the beaten path in the town of Fertilia, right outside of Alghero. Definitely worth a trip here even if you are staying 20 minutes away in Alghero. The restaurant is perched on the edge of a lagoon across which stretches the remains of a Roman bridge, perfectly lit up to enjoy at night. The staff owner, chef and servers were all extremely attentive and very engaged in the evening meal. The food was absolutely the best we had in Sardinia. Show stoppers are the crispy pork mailino and the beef tartare. All the fish entrees we had were wonderful too. In sum, a fabulous meal."

"cozy place inside a hotel. we entered yesterday for lunch after a walk on the waterfront. as soon as we enter we are immediately greeted with extreme courtesy both from the maitre and the owner who invite us to welcome. without too many preambles we order appetizer and the first of the recommended day. Cozze soup and as before follow linguine with fresh artichokes both very good and well presented. the table service is like stars. Unfortunately the dessert is not until the rest as well as coffee. sin because I would gladly give stars because we were very well. in any case I highly recommend it!"

"Un pezzo di Sardegna nella riviera del corallo, ho mangiato alla Posada del Mar per la prima volta ad inizio estate ed è stata una grande scoperta. La prima volta Abbiamo mangiato antipasto di mare e il primo del giorno, culurgiones fatti in casa con bottarga e granella di pane carasau. "Me and Marcella went for a brunch after have seen the restaurant few days before. The idea recalls the cafes in London where we go every now then. Quarky concept with a fusion between an Italian aperitif bar, tapas bar and English cafe. They don’t really get any of them. Plans and green everywhere, giving the idea of Bio and organic, but since we received the bread we understood there was something wrong. It followed the avocado on toast, the bread wasn’t even toasted as the menu said and the crostone with burrata and ham wasn’t crispy either. It would cost them just a better touch and slightly better ingredients, like good quality bread, to impress us or at least make something acceptable for an average brunch."

"excellent restaurant, excellent service, high-level dishes. has a nice terrace with tables where you can eat, but you can not see any views except the roofs of the alghero houses, however as a whole it is beautiful. the place is beautiful, beautiful, sober, in all pleasant. we went with friends and took three appetizers of lamb meatballs in carasau crust with onion in sweet agro, delicious. then 5 first, a soup, salad, 3 sebadas, 4 bottles of mineral water and a bottle of saddle wine"

"On the third day of electric mountain biking with Biking Sardinia, our guide, Matteo, arranged for a late lunch break at the Le Pinnette Agriturismo. We had ridden along the cliffs above the seashore roughly from Capo Caccia and Grotta di Nettuno to Torre del Porticciolo amazing views and through the brambles of Lake Baratz. We were tired, hungry, and dirty. As I said, Matteo had promised lunch at an agriturismo. We didn’t know what to expect. Agriturismi are a sort of Italian version of dude ranches. Farmers who can’t make it on farming alone offer food they produce and lodging. They can vary widely, from quite basic with no A/C and WIFI to very elegant. On this occasion, since the place where we were supposed to go was closed, at the last moment Biking Sardinia arranged for us to have lunch at Le Pinnette. It is one of the most elegant agriturismo we had yet seen. It opened up just for us the large dining room could have easily welcomed over 100 people. The cordial waiter (alas, with apologies I forget his name , brought us more food than we could eat, from a variety of anti pasti (cheeses and affettati and snails and olives and . . . to two Sardinian pasta dishes (one, as I recall with boar ragu , to half a succulent suckling baby pig that melted in our mouths. And local pastries for dessert. And of course bottles of the delicious Sardinian Cannonau red wine and, of course, grappa to finish along with the espresso. At this point, we had forgotten our scratches and, since we were really in no condition to bike, while we chatted with the waiter, Matteo went to get the van and ferried us back to our airbnb. Botton line, excellent. The food was as good as any we had anywhere in ltaly, and the service impeccable. Like every other establishment we visited on this trip to Sardinia, it was spotless. The price, at roughly 30 Euros each, was far cheaper than we would have paid for for a comparable meal in the States here we would have paid more for the two bottles of wine we consumed. Caveat: if you want to have dinner there, as in fact at any of the better restaurants in and around Alghero, you will need a reservation."

"We had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. A blond waitress was out of control. Screaming to her colleagues, the kitchen staff and guests. That should have been a big red flag but we waited (1 hour) as the place was so full we thought it was really good. The food was very regular and expensive. We had a mixed grill (2 shrimp, a squid and a tiny fish). The shrimp and the squid were cold so we send it back. They heated up the same pieces so it got the consistency of chewing gum. By far the worse meal on the island (in 3 weeks). I would recommend to avoid this place."

"Buscando un lugar donde comer fuera del casco antiguo de Alghero dimos con el Ristorante Trattoria Maristella, un establecimiento sencillo al que acuden tanto turistas como locales. En esta ciudad, debido a su ubicación, lo que predomina es el pescado y el marisco y en este restaurante no iba a ser menos. Para no irnos sin degustar aquello típico del lugar, nos pedimos una parrillada de pescado, nos sirvieron el pescado entero pero muy amablemente nos ofrecieron quitarle las espinas. Como tampoco nos íbamos a ir de Italia sin probar la pasta elegimos unos espaguetis a la algherese muy ricos, con almejas, alcaparras y tomate. Esto junto con unas ensaladas como entrantes y una cerveza cada uno, nos salió por 15€ por persona. En la carta también ofrecen una amplia gama de vinos, pero con la calor del mediodía nos apeteció más una Ichnusa fresquita."

"Dopo averla casualmente notata durante una delle nostre lunghe passeggiate nel centro storico di Alghero, abbiamo prenotato in questa piccola trattoria per la nostra ultima serata di vacanza.Il menù offre una scelta varia e discretamente abbondante tra antipasti, primi e secondi, con prezzi lievemente inferiori alla media (decisamente cara) di questa rinomata località turistica.Essendo passato quasi un mese non ricordo esattamente quello che ho mangiato, ma era tutto buonissimo. M'è rimasto favorevolmente impresso il vino, un Cagnulari imbottigliato appositamente per questo ristorante dalla locale enoteca Il Grappolo d'Oro profumo e gusto davvero particolari. Se lo ha apprezzato persino la mia compagna (alla quale non piacciono gli alcoolici) significa che aveva davvero un paio do marce in più.Anche se il personale era giovane, il servizio è stato all'altezza di tutto il resto.Lo consiglio caldamente."

"This was one of the first places we came across once we arrived and were greatly warmly by Luca. We had delicious pizza the first night, a clam soup later in the week and on our last night enjoyed the grilled fish platter. All the staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English and helped us with our poor Italian. Great views of the beach from the terrace."

"15Maggio2022: Finalmente sposi …e finalmente a Villasole! Dopo due tristissimi rinvii causa pandemia, siamo riusciti a coronare il nostro sogno in quello che sin dal primo momento, ad Aprile 2019, ci conquistò come il posto perfetto per l’occasione. Anche se di luoghi belli avremmo potuto cercarne (faticosamente) altri, la differenza l’hanno fatta di certo i proprietari: la gentilezza e la cura per i dettagli, per i clienti e le loro esigenze, ci hanno conquistati sin dal primo istante e si sono dimostrati ancora più premurosi di quanto pattuito, nel durante dell’evento! Ci vuole ben più della sola professionalità per sopportare una futura sposina isterica, poi incinta e poi neo mamma di appena 50 giorni: ci vuole cuore e passione per il proprio lavoro: doti in cui Valeria e Vittorio eccellono. Per non parlare dello staff gentile e sempre attento. Siamo davvero grati a tutti loro per come hanno contribuito a far sì che il nostro giorno fosse Perfetto, e di più di sapere che anche i nostri invitati sono stati bene, hanno mangiato benissimo e ci torneranno a loro volta. È già da anni ormai il nostro ristorante del cuore, e non potremmo che consigliarlo a chiunque per cerimonie importanti tanto quanto per qualsiasi altra cena: i migliori!"
