"so I ordered dishes from here, Damm Lamb Biryani Damm Chicken Tikka Masala. time for delivery was reasonable and good compared to other delivery options minutes). when the food arrived I dug in. first day I tried the Biryani. the...lamb was cut into big chunks. way too big to for a bite so I knew right away there's laziness going on. that's the only reason you don't take the time to chop things to the correct size. I've had Indian food all over the US and several places in UK so that's what I have to compare with. I have been to several places I've enjoyed and what I believe was quite good, even authentic. this dish was just absent of Indian spices that really give Indian food that exotic aroma and taste. it was just rice and tough lamb. next day I had the tikka masala. the sauce was just sour and spicy. again, lacked Indian spices that you just can't get in any other cuisine. another problem was they used breast meat. this is pretty much a basic test for me; if the Indian dish is cooked with the breast meat, i'm almost guaranteed to dislike the dish. as expected, the breast was way overcooked, tough and dry and it just tasted like chicken, not marinated chicken. there was just nothing beyond what you initially taste. you can get this in a supermarket anywhere. last thing I tried was the naan. now this naan was either complimentary or came with one of the dishes. either way, it was very chewy. no pockets of air. no oil brushed on. no slightly burnt crispy crust. just dry and very rubbery. then of course the rice. the rice had nothing going on for it. no flavor and aroma of saffron... just nothing. good Indian spices are full of aroma and complexity in flavor which is why most Indian restaurants are expensive. the food is expensive to make because the ingredients used. on top of that, there's a lot of work in the cooking process as well. i'd rather pay more to eat Indian food cooked right than just a hasty imitation. so to make it into kind of a food court quality really cheats the customers the real experience of Indian food. I know most customers (especially on here) don't share my thoughts but I just have to say what I believe in. I don't know what dishes they had. I wish I had what they ordered if it was indeed so good. the good news is (at least in this area) you're probably not going to find a better place. the other restaurant (which I will also write a review for) is not much better. i'll go more in-depth when I write that review. can you find something here to like? i'm sure you can. for me, I didn't satisfy the craving I had."

"beautiful facility in restaurant and sushi with great value for money. while eating before place it is usually a bit restless and the tables are very close together. in times of corona we regularly pick up our sushi and are absolutely convinced of the quality and choice. for us the best mix for 2 persons: 154, 114, 116, 127 and 124."

"Was das Kaspar Hauser ausmacht, ist neben dem urigen Ambiente vor allem die Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten. Es gibt ganz viele Gerichte in 3 Varianten, also vegan, vegetarisch und mit tierischen Produkten. Das Ambiente finde ich klasse, ist aber nicht jedermann 's Geschmack. Ich mag diese kreativ-chaotische Art, mein Mann musste sich damit erst mal anfreunden. Der Biergarten riecht etwas muffig, aber das nimmt man nach 1-2 Minuten schon nicht mehr wahr. 1 Punkt Abzug lediglich für den Service. Grundsätzlich wird man schon sehr freundlich bedient. Eine der Damen könnte da aber noch üben. Und die Öffnungszeiten werden rigoros umgesetzt..."

"Im Essen war zu nächst ein Haar und das größere Übel ist das eine Made im Essen war, ich und meiner Familie ist das Essen vergangen und dann bekommt man noch hinterher gerufen dann müsst ihr zu MC Donalds gehen da gehört ihr in . Dafür zahlt man 80 Euro und dann noch sehr unfreundliche Bedienung und der Chef ist sehr profozierend."

"This is a traditional Frankonian restaurant. Good for couples, families, and guys night out (there is a separate room). When you think of a romanticized Bavaria, you see families sitting around a wooden table; there are chairs and benches and cushions to make the wooden...furniture more comfortable. You see a matronly figure who can hug you in one arm and carry three liters of beer in the other. You see meals of pork, venison, fish, and foul cooked the same way they were make for generations. All of that is what you see in the Schwarzer Bock. Breakfast is a combination of traditional German and American style omelettes. The fruit is a limited selection due to only fresh fruits being offered. The meat will taste different than in America, also due to its freshness. Try the Frankonian specialties, you cannot get them in other parts of Germany."

"Wir waren kürzlich zum ersten Mal in der recht neu eröffneten Pizzeria zu Mittagessen und waren so angetan, dass wir kurz darauf auch nochmal am Abend dort waren. Man kann Mittags schön draussen sitzen und das Essen kommt recht fix. Am Abend saßen wir im Lokal und waren total begeistert, wie schick, geschmackvoll und straight alles ist. Echt klasse. Wir hatten bei den beiden Besuchen Nudeln, Pizza und Salat und alles war sehr lecker. Endlich wieder ein echter Italiener mit schönem Ambiente und gutem Essen."

"Tisch wahr für 18 Uhr reserviert das hat geklappt. Wir wurden drauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir bis 19:30 Zeit haben und Dan den Tisch verlassen müssen da er für 19:30 reserviert ist. Ein no Go in der gastro..... Bestellt wurde eine Getränke, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise nach 1 Stunden erinnerten wir die Kellnerin an unser Essen als die Hauptspeise nach 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten noch immer nicht da war 19:15 bestanden wir drauf die Getränke und Vorspeise nur zu bezahlen und zu gehen. Die Kellnerin meinte essen ist fertig wir müssen es bezahlen aber es kamm noch immer nix aus der Küche ingegenteil Gäste die 30 45 min später kamen haben ihr essen früher bekommen, kein endschuldigun nix von der Frau Am Ende bezahlten wir nur die Vorspeise und Getränke sie hat trotzdem 5 Euro zuviel berechnet Hauptspeise haben wir nicht bekommen deswegen sind wir nach 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten gegangen. Total überfordert, unhöflich,"

"We were happy to find a new option for lunch in Ansbach since options can be a bit limited. The food here is excellent but I must stop going because the old man who works there or maybe owns the place is always extremely rude....Today we walked in and he tried to turn us away before we could even say hello. We explained we wanted to order for take away and again he tried to scare us with an excessive wait time before even knowing what we wanted to order. We decided to wait despite the rude greeting and when we told him we had orders for a few additional people he said it was over one hour wait. All previous times I have gone in it has been similar experiences. Extremely rude. Won’t be going back"

"We have been to Enzos several times since it located near our neighborhood. Every time we dine in or take out the good is always delicious! We've tried many different dishes (pizza, pasta, meat, dessert) and loved every one. The menu is very large and...has a little bit of everything. Enzo and his daughter are extremely friendly and speak English very well. The building and decor are a little outdated but the cozy atmosphere is perfect for dates or small groups. This little family run business has loyal regulars for a reason!"

"Ich kann das von o_buehringer überhaupt nicht verstehen, ich bin seit über 30 Jahren bei Toni und habe noch nie Kantinenessen bekommen. Da ich selber gelernter Koch bin, sollte ich das besser beurteilen können. Toni ist einfach eine Institution in Ansbach, er kennt meine ganze Familie inkl. Enkelkindern, ein Gastronom wie er im Buche steht und man auch lange nach suchen kann. Ich weiß auch nicht wie manche Leute gute Restaurant, so schlecht machen müssen. Wenn etwas wirklich schlecht ist, kann man das sagen, aber in dem Fall kann ich es nicht nachvollziehen. Zu empfehlen ist immer eine gemischte Vorspeienplatte, dann ein leckerer Grillteller nach Gusto, hinterher ein feiner Palatschinken mit Eis und zum Schluß noch einen warmen Slivovitz mit Kirsche. Zum trinken gerne einen Proschek. Weiter so Toni"

"Für mich eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Ansbach. Die Pizza ist der Hammer. Da sie aus einem klassischen Holzofen kommt, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass der Rand schwarze Stellen bekommt. Ich finde das nicht schlimm. Lieber so, als eine Pizza aus dem Backblech. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und es werden auch Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. "Mein Freund und ich waren hier vor ein paar Tagen. Wir hatten am Tag davor reserviert und sind dann zu Mr AN gegangen. Ich habe mir eine vegetarische Sushi-Platte bestellt und mein Freund gebratene Udon-Nudeln mit gebackener Ente. Das Essen kam sehr schnell zu uns an und hat echt lecker geschmeckt. Zudem war der Service super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist auch top.Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, da die Toiletten verschmutzt waren. Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden."

"We arrived at the restaurant on the sathurday night at 8:55pm, (official closing time on sathurday 11:00pm) Weitress told us directly in the entrance “There is no more hot dishes available”.. ok, than we asked for some cold menu and the reaction of the laydie “No, there is no food at all” and she turned away withou any apologies, and at the same time there were serving two hot main dishes out from the kitchen. We are highly recommending this restaurant for hungry people at sathurday night.."
