Aosta, nestled in the Alps, is known for Roman ruins and regional cuisine like carbonade, a beef stew, and fontina cheese. It's a gateway to winter sports and mountain hiking.

"Ristorante molto carino a metà strada tra Porta Pretoria e Piazza Chanoux. Atmosfera calda, staff preparato, menù notevole e prezzi ragionevoli. Consigliatissssssssssimo!"

"local in the center of aosta, stands out for a kitchen completely different from all the premises around: savoury black and octopus, vegan sandwich with hummus and vegetables, bra sausage uramaki to compose at the table. These are some examples. The restaurant also offers good craft beer. Friendly and fast service, adequate prices."

"taking a few steps in the evening in the historic center we had noticed almost shaken and not too much in view of this place and the name of course was very particular not to try to deepen what is reported from the many reviews. even if everything is always to be considered subjective and never objective. well the surprise was great, a list of exceptional wines and a way to make that we loved it. not in many places would make you taste such an important bottle if you do not take the bottle itself. but here it happened and this deserves the maximum of votes. the food as well was very welcome and the service equally impeccable. even the account I considered it extraordinary for the wonderful evening I spent together with the person I was with. In short, a stage to repeat in those of aosta because it really deserves everything."

"Staying in Italy visiting the Italian side of the Cervin mountain. The Biblos is exactly what we like. Good inexpensive food beautifully prepared and generous in quantity. Why can the Italians make the very best salads and pasta? This place makes 65 different pizzas. We started with a mixed salad and some cooked spinach. Then a risotto, delightfully creamy and sufficiently al dente and some delicious lamb chops 5 of them, grilled you could taste the delightfully seasoned risotto even over the rich succulence of the perfectly rendered fat on the chops. And some great roasted potatoes. We ended with a beautiful panna cotta between two. What a simple but thrilling dinner! We will try to return tomorrow to try the octopus salad which looks amazing. The menu is huge, apart from the busy pizzeria, and the place is deservedly well frequented."

"Bad, if I could put zero stars I would! I went in for breakfast, I got a cappuccino € 1.70) and a croissant € 1.50) and my boyfriend a tea that we paid 4 euros, hot water with the tea filter already in the cup, and for a few drops of honey in a tube of those from the supermarket) that struggled to get out because it crystallized two to the cold, they charged us one euro charges ... so a total of 5 euro for a hot tea, SCANDAL I entered for breakfast, I took a cappuccino €1.70) and a croissant €1.50) and my boyfriend a tea that we paid well 4 euros, hot water with the tea filter already in the cup, and for a few drops of honey in the tube of those of the supermarket) that was struggling to get out because crystallized because of the cold, they made us pay aside a euro... therefore total 5 euro a hot tea, SCANDALOSI!! !"

"We called in during a sunny saturday lunch time in Aosta, everywhere was full, but strangely this place was empty... not that strange it transpires.. On entering the restaurant we were almost knocked off our feet by the heat, no air conditioning, you could barely breathe it was so hot. I asked if we can open the door to let some air in no wine available and only some of the menu. We were the only paying guests aside from some family/friends that seem to just hang out there, there was a small toddler running around the place (part of the family group), after submitting our order, someone closed the door, we could barely breathe and asked for it to be open or air conditioning be put on, but were refused due to the toddler and it not being safe so the needs of the paying guests ignored, at that point we told them to cancel our order and left, it is no wonder that when everywhere else in Aosta town was full, this place was EMPTY. Rude staff and a restaurant that isnt really a restaurant but a hang out do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague"
