"Wir waren gestern in der Villa Grande und wollten uns einen gemütlichen Abend in angenehmer Atmosphäre gönnen. Nachdem wir 10 Minuten am Eingang gestanden hatten, nahmen wir an dem uns zugewiesenen Tisch platz. Die Speisekarte kam dann auch recht schnell, aber das war auch das einzige was an diesem Abend schnell kam. Es dauerte fast 30 Minuten nachdem wir der Bedienung, na ja, sagen wir mal der Person die im Lokal aufgeregt, unkoordiniert hin und her lief, mitgeteilt hatten, das wir gerne etwas zu trinken hätten an unseren Tisch kam.Die Bestellung war recht einfach eine große Flasche Wasser und ein Glas Wein. Wir hatten aufgrund der gemachten Beobachtungen vorsichtshalber das Essen gleich mitbestellt. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kam die Person mit dem Wein und einer nur zu dreiviertel gefüllten Flasche Wasser. Dies hat sie dann beim Versuch einzuschenken gemerkt und sich entschuldigt. Sie kam dann nochmal und hat uns 2 0,5 Liter Flaschen gebracht da sie keine großen mehr hätte.Das bestellt Pizzabrot kam dann in angemessener Zeit was jedoch für den Vorspeisesalat nicht zutraf. Dieser kam dann nach über einer Stunde, zusammen mit den beiden Hauptgerichten. Auf Nachfrage ob und wenn ja mit welchem Dressing denn der Salat angemacht wurde gab es keine zielführende Antwort aber wir bekämen gerne noch Essig und Öl an den Tisch gereicht. Der Teller auf dem der Salat lag, war komplett trocken. Unserer Bitte nach einem Joghurtdressing kam man insofern nach das uns eine große Schale mit unverfeinertem Naturjoghurt gereicht wurde. Zum Frühstück mit Müsli ja ganz gut aber als Dressing???Geschmacklich konnte man über die Hauptspeise nichts Negatives sagen.Wären der ganzen Prozedur sind am Nachbartisch 4 bekannte Pärchen nach sage und schreibe 45 MInuten ohne das auch nur eine Getränkebestellung aufgenommen wurde wider unverrichteter Dinge gegangen.Für uns war es dennoch ein kurzweiliger Abend, da wir viel zu lachen hatten, jedoch als Gast wir uns dieses Lokal nicht mehr sehen."

"Der Beginn des Abends war entspannt und da es unter der Woche war auch kein volles Haus zu erwarten. Die Auswahl der Speisen hat sich als das Schwierigste herausgestellt. Der Versuch persönliche Zu- und Abneigungen im Menü zu Berücksichtigen ist kläglich gescheitert. Hier muss man dazu sagen wenn man mir sagt Überraschungsmenü heißt Überraschungsmenü lebe ich mit dem Risiko etwas zu bekommen was ich nicht mag. Da man mir aber gespiegelt hat, dass der Wunsch nach nicht zu viel Fisch berücksichtigt werden kann, eben auch mit dieser Bewertung. Statt den Gang Gans mit Rotkraut, zu servieren Fisch mit Meeresfrüchten zu schicken ist für mich das Gegenteil vom Versprochenen. Der Wunsch hier wäre eine klare Ansage: Der Chef macht das Menü und da gibt es auch nichts daran zu ändern.Da meine Begleitung Vegetarierin ist war der Wunsch einen Salat mit Gratin zu bekommen (Teil eines Hauptgangs, mit Schnitzel für 20€), diesem wurde auch entsprochen. Die Portion war allerdings die selbe wie die Beilagengröße für den Hauptgang, auch hier zwar wenig sättigend aber Geschmacklich gut. Die wirkliche Enttäuschung kam am Ende des Abends als dafür 15€ verlangt wurden, da hätte ich das Schnitzel für 5€ genommen und gegessen statt dem Fischgang, hätte man es geahnt.Die Bedienung war nett, aber bis auf den Wein auch zuweilen recht vergesslich (Wasser, Tee, Saftschorlen nur nach Nachfrage).Die Weine bleiben das Highlight des Abends, auch die Auswahl des angebotenen bleibt gelungen.Handwerklich waren alle Speisen gut und es bleibt beeindruckend das eine Person Abend für Abend diese Leistung bringt. Den zukünftigen Gästen wünsche ich, dass die Ansagen klarer gestaltet werden um ähnliche Enttäuschungen die im Besuch der heimischen Pizzeria enden zu vermeiden."

"The Gütchen Newsletter was also on my phone in January. During the eternal lockdown, the family business kept the expensive guests regularly up to date. The truffle menu was announced and I knew there was no delay. Now it is! Too often I wait too long with the reservation on a menu display. And then everything was booked. My husband and I love truffles. I called right away. The boss, Ms. Stenger Treutle, was on the phone and was looking forward to my quick reaction. I reserved for Sunday night and presented my husband with the best pleasure. He wasn't unhappy. I had reserved 6:00. At sunset we arrived at the castle park. As always we were welcome and our wardrobe was taken. I have already described the perfect service of Mrs Stenger Treutle and her young team in my previous contributions. Also the beautiful and very well maintained ambience. Fortunately, nothing has changed here. Also not at perfect intervals between the corridors. That is why I speak briefly today. The menu was ready at our beautiful covered table. 5 courses for € 79,00. I knew her, my husband didn't... who doesn't ask... or trusts the fool. Later we were supplied with cool Gerolsteiner mineral water, with 0.75 l of proud 7,50 € and 2 glasses of Winzerbrut, 0.1 l – 7.00. Truffle butter and two wonderful bread gave the opening. The bread tasted excellent and reminded me of bright bread. And that's where I met the black one. Ms. Stenger Treutle confirmed: Yes, they cover bright bread. A really big bread, it convinced us again. A fine potato soup was served as Amuse Bouche. Amuse Bouche On a foldable touch thinly truffled potato chip. In the soup there were still fine beef cubes. Soup and chip were perfect appetite makers. The beef cubes were good, but for us devout. During the wine we chose the dry 2019 Grauburgunder from Naheweingut Emmerich Koebernik. 0.2 l 8.50 € The menu itself started with deer carpaccio – truffle stir – field salad – lacquered walnuts truffle cream Finally a wild Carpaccio! I was very happy about it. My husband was skeptical because he doesn't like a game. You can't say that the carpaccio was purist. But that did not correspond to the menu. And that was good. Hirschcarpaccio – Trüffelrührei – Feldsalat – Walnüsse Trüffelcreme I was particularly pleased that the Hirschcarpaccio absolutely met the taste nerves of my husband. A very successful combination with large field salad. The walnuts were very good. And the truffle aromas in agitator and cream were well represented. Ms. Stenger Treutle presented the aromatic truffle rash to her guests during the next hike. Pure truffles! The next gear just arrived: Kalbsvelouté – truffle noodles – planned truffle Kalbsvelouté – truffle noodles – planned truffles Finest linguine, the slightly bound Kalbsfond Airy. Here was the purist band. And he liked us very well. The discreet wort of the Velouté made the truffles fully applicable here. That's it. Because the next band was an aroma fireworks! Outside slightly crispy, the poultry meat nicely juicy and with very fine own taste. The nutty mountain lenses, still with light bite, were supplemented with root vegetables. And even with this whole thing it was a good thing. The gnocchi filled with truffles and fried with a light herbal sauce. The truffle convinces with an expected depth of taste and fits wonderfully to the clock round and lenses. Very delicious supplement to the port wine onions. My husband was skeptical in dessertan proclamation. He couldn't imagine the truffle ice cream. And I was sure I showed up with a “fine”. I expected ice cream with chocolate truffles! Should I be right? Marin Panettone – Apple Compote – truffle ice cream – Tiramisu cream I shouldn't be right! Jan Treutle is pleased to serve his Dessert creations in the glass tonight. Marin Panettone – Apple Compote – truffle ice cream – Tiramisucreme Apple compote and marinated pannettones are naked in the depths of the glass. That was good. We still felt the apple as harmonious. We really did not find the bad panettone in combination. The only criticism of the evening and of course all tastes. The guests around us spied into the glass depths. We are also not fans of the Milan Christmas pastry. We spooned from above. The wonderfully creamy truffle ice cream with real truffles! in combination with the fine Tiramisu cream. That's all I need! And yes: The truffle with sweet cream ice combination was very successful. Marinierte Panettone – Apple Compote – Trüffeleis – Tiramisucreme Conclusion: The Gütchen is and remains our favorite restaurant within 50 km! It's probably the only favorite restaurant in the area. And although truffles were really processed in every gear, we could enjoy each of the different courses for themselves. We weren't overdue for the truffles. "Fresh hack fished our fisherman Fritz in the form of chopped roasts!! We are on the way back from BollAnts in Bad Sobernheim. Last year we stopped on the return trip to Bad Kreuznach. I like being here, an ex-girlfriend of me, and I think I'm still alive there. At that time, I was glad to be in the spa town, already on the way to the bollants we parked in the spa complex Bad Kreuznach and enjoyed a heavenly breakfast there (I will still report). The 15th bridge houses century on the Alte Nahebrücke are the landmark of the city of Bad Kreuznach, well one and half a year before there was a large construction site, today excavators were to see again, construction workers crawling around. In the beginning we were still in the Neustadt, the medieval district of the city at the foot of Kauzenburg on the western Naheufer with its many restaurants that today houses the oldest buildings in the city. Yesterday evening we were looking for one or other alternative in the mobile phone on the balcony, and again we stumbled over the Braun and Röth Gastro, which now belongs to 5 locations in Bad Breuznach, among others the neighboring Körnchen (but unfortunately everything was occupied here), the Kurhaus and the Fritz. The Fritz or the umbrella bar is exactly on the opposite side of the Nahe, to reach the newly renovated Alte Nahebrücke, on the bridge goes sharply to the left. My wife told me to run the bridge that I had almost gone into a bistro during the last visit, because at that time Hacksteak with Bratkartoffeln was known as Hack Norris. We were lucky to have a small table in the back terrace area, and we sat right on the water, an operation brought the cards, we looked at the drinks first and had to swallow. Cola 0.2 2.60 and Cola 0.4 for 4.20 are not prices that guests are looking forward to. My wife thought long when I made her a suggestion. Yeast alcohol-free with cherry, quasi cherry wheat, but still alcohol-free. Don't stand in the map, but was made so and at the end the 0.5 drink was bonized that my wife tasted with only 3.90. Don't worry. With me it should also be a yeast (light) of the barrel for 3,90, and that was not as bright as a clear apple juice, but had proper turbidity and a good taste. A hammer taste had every one of our food, my wife and I ordered a dish together, as we were still a little tired of the sensational BollAnts breakfast. Once the daily dish please: delicious pepper steak with pepper cream sauce and roast potatoes. The roast potatoes had a nice crust, didn't taste at all, but nice to butter. They were also very well seasoned, with oregano, salt and pepper. The bacon was there the i tüpfelchen, which gave a nice taste and also a bit more crisp when biting. The chop steak was impeccable, with softened mammals, glazed onions and only fine spices. The pepper cream sauce was not too dominant, it was all so good that I had eaten the maximum number of stars. I don't know if there are places inside, but the tables on the water had enough space to make sure we don't get anything from the neighboring talks, so 4 stars in total."
