"We stopped into the Wolpertinger on a very rainy day the first week of April. I thoroughly enjoyed a Brauhaus pork Schnitzel with fried potatoes and a salad. The brown gravy was excellent and really added to the meals flavor. My wife enjoyed the Zanderfilet fish (usually Pike) special on a bed of spinach with fried potatoes. The restaurant was warm and inviting and displayed lots of unique décor. Be sure to sit on the river side if there is a table available. We sat on the front window or town square side and it was still a good choice. Service was prompt and efficient. German waiter service is not always chatty and friendly like some of us Americans are accustomed, but it is solid, professional service. Excellent choice for lunch or dinner and right in the middle of town if you are visiting Bad Kreuznach. It is located inside the Hotel am Kornmarkt."

we have eaten here on 18.10.2020, the distance between the places was sufficient and I felt very comfortable here. there is a very extensive map where everyone should really find something. the quality of my food convinced me. it was very delicious. also my wish for a small part was received. only recommended!

Try the excellent mixed hors d'ouvres. There is a variety of food on offer and the large portions meant that we shared only one main dish after the starter. The view from the terrace is currently a rather sad looking building site of the bridge across the river but good service and good food and drink at reasonable prices made a pleasant evening.
