Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem, dass es dieses Lokal seit mehr als 50 Jahren gibt. Ambiente: 5 von 5 Das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es erinnert an ein Gasthaus im älteren Stil, wirkt aber nicht veraltet. Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände und Fotos an den Wänden vermitteln einem weniger das Gefühl in einem Restaurant zu sein, sondern viel mehr in einer offenen, lockeren Gesellschaft, wie beispielsweise bei der Familie oder bei Freunden. Zudem ist der Gastraum sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Service: 5 von 5 Abgerundet wird dieses Gefühl durch den Service. Bis dato habe ich noch nie jemanden im Service erlebt, der seinen Job mit solch einer Hingabe, Freude und Liebe macht. Auch im Punkto Schnelligkeit ist der Service erstklassig, sowohl in der Bedienzeit als auch in der Gehgeschwindigkeit. Der Service ist wirklich schnell unterwegs, wirkt aber nicht gehetzt. Auch die Zeit zwischen Bestellung und Servieren ist eher kurz. Wenn ein Service 5 Sterne verdient, dann in diesem Lokal. Essen: 5 von 5 Wir waren mit 3 Personen zu Gast und hatten 2x Schnitzel und 1x Steak, wovon ich ein Schnitzel gegessen habe. Die Schnitzel und das Steak hatten eine gute Größe. Vor allem die Schnitzel waren recht dick (ca. 10mm+ , aber sehr zart und saftig. In meinem Fall war das Schnitzel mit Schinken belegt und Käse überbacken, getoppt von einem Spiegelei/Setzei. Dazu etwas Salat und Pommes. Die Panierung war optimal gewürzt und das gesamte Essen war alles in allem absolut stimmig. Selbst das Salatdressing passte geschmacklich zu den anderen Geschmackskomponenten ohne dominant hervorzustechen. Die Portionsgröße war meines Erachtens sehr gut. Ich war satt, aber nicht übersättigt. Preis: Inklusive eines Getränks war der Preis pro Person bei ca. 20€. Ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Fazit: Wenn man in der Nähe von Bad Salzuflen ist, lohnt sich ein kleiner Umweg meiner Meinung nach auf jeden Fall."
