"Etwas außerhalb der Bad Vilbeler Innenstadt findet man das Pearl of India, und ja, es ist auch eine Perle von Bad Vilbel. Wer gepflegt indisch speisen möchte in einem angenehmen, authentischen Ambiente ist hier richtig. Das Lokal bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre, ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und landestypisch dekoriert, der Service ist aufmerksam und zügig. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und sind dennoch in kürzester Zeit bei Tisch. Ich habe schon viele Male hier die verschiedensten Gerichte probiert und immer war alles schmackhaft, die Portionen reichlich, nie war ich enttäuscht. Vor diesem Hintergrund möchte ich auch kein Gericht besonders hervorheben, man sollte nach Vorliebe wählen Fleisch oder Meeresfrüchte, Tandoori, mild oder scharf, alles ist empfehlenswert. Auch vegetarische und vegane Speisen finden sich auf der Karte, die Auswahl ist groß und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis bei dem, was geboten wird angemessen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne!"

"I was looking for local cuisine and found it. the suppe (actually a broth with teig) from the black forest region was delicious. the local sausage (made in restaurant) was good. the apple wine has a unique taste. the two types of calvados are excellent. the seating in family style in free were pleasant. the other guests were friendly, as was the personal."

"Staff is very friendly but unfortunately uninformed (they serve dairy products too). E.g. staff told me the required cake was already out. But as later on people arrived next to us and ordered the same they got it. I got the wrong Café au laut (with milk). And when I noticed this and asked if this might be a mistake they denied it. On the day we had been there you had to ask what the cakes names and ingredients where. No labelling"

"dinner for two. first greeted and ordered for eating and drinks. iced tee and a red wine, water, vegetarian burger and a kangaro steak. red wine was delivered immediately and the meal was shortly after, but two had to accept for. the icy that arrived a few minutes after the meal and the second question. the vegetarian burger was ok better than McDonald’s, but left room for improvement and came with a fair size salat and a teller full of chips, the kangaroo steak was also a fair size as they go, but was a bit hard, despite ordered and delivered more on the rare side. it was not helped by a steak knife that did not really fulfill the task. the less the steak was acceptable and the beans packed in speck especially delicious. it also came with five potato croquettes, but it needed an salate to be satisfied with a complete meal for most people. the cranberry sauce was very tasty and a good compliment with the roo. I also had the shiraz, that was ok, but not a big “Australian wine” according to each standard. somewhat disappointed by the weeping and be in the offer only a chardonnay, merlot and shiraz and no recognizable brands in the offer and only fosters bier that avoid most extras! atmosphere was ok and I will give it another try and maybe try the emu, roo, crocodile kebab. "Nachdem wir anfänglich sehr von dieser Pizzeria begeistert waren, ist unsere Meinung mittlerweile komplett ins Gegenteil umgeschlagen. Das größte Manko ist, dass es tatsächlich jedes Mal fertig gebracht wurde eine von zwei Pizzen falsch zu liefern. Dann wird man darum gebeten die falsche Pizza bitte stehen zu lassen, bis eine andere nachgeliefert wird, so dass dann ein Austausch stattfinden kann. In dieser Zeit ist Person eins mit der Pizza fertig und Person wartet weiterhin auf das Essen. Nachdem wir uns bei etlichen Bestellungen darüber so geärgert hatten, waren wir eigentlich überzeugt hier nicht mehr zu bestellen. Nachdem wir Gäste hatten, die gerne Pizza Corona essen wollten, machte ich mich extra auf den Weg und lieferte dem Restaurant einen Zettel, auf dem ich die Bestellung von fünf Pizzen vermerkt. Als das Essen zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit geliefert wurde, waren zwei von fünf Pizzen fehlerhaft. "Ein Kollege und ich wollten hier gestern ad hoc seine frisch erworbene Professur feiern. Wir hatten beide uns den Standard-Burger und Getränke bestellt und waren uns einig, noch nie so schlechte Burger gegessen zu haben. Die Brötchen-Hälften waren knochentrocken, das Patty auch. Dazu eine Tomatenscheibe und zwei Blätter Salat. Auf dem unteren Brötchenhälfte war so etwas wie ein Hauch von Sandwitch-Creme gekratzt. Alles in Allem war es einfach viel zu trocken. Bei meinem Kollegen war das Patty nicht durchgebraten. Er hat reklamiert und die Bedienung versprach, ihm einen neuen Burger zu bringen. Nach 10 Minuten kam sein neuer Burger. Es war aber der alte. Die Schnittstellen im Fleisch waren noch eindeutig zu erkennen. Diesmal war das Patty-Fleisch fast verbrannt und kaum genießbar. Jedes reine Fast-Food-Restaurant hätte das besser gemacht!!! Die Pommes-Frites und die Getränke waren ok. Die Bedienung freundlich. Deshalb gab es nicht nur einen Punkt!"

But as the delicious food was recommended to me, we still liked to go to the old age.Leider was somehow forgotten our order. we only got on demand after say and write 1/4 hours our food and that with small child! the food was very tasty. we were not asked if it tasted us and not - who wondered - whether everything was in order. there was no awareness or any endemic with regard to the long waiting. I am completely aware that something can go wrong in the process. but the art of a good service is to smooth the wombs and to deal with it so confidently. that food can be so good, we're probably not going."

"if it would be possible to award 0 (zero points would be the correct rating.When ordering two pizzas we were given as delivery time hours. After two hours we called to ask where the pizzas stayed. Then we were told on the phone that the driver was already on the way. After a further minute we called again and the lady on the phone said she would contact the driver and look where he stayed. she called us back and said the driver would have ringed an address at the particular name and no one would have opened the door. I replied that the address and name she mentioned are not mine! without an apology for the enormous delay and confusion of the address, she said the driver would be there in a few minutes. this was not the case. Finally we waited again minutes and called the pizzeria and asked to cancel our order. the dame on the phone took this without any sign of a regret.Résumé: already hours waiting time are unreasonable for a pizza, but more than hours waiting time with such unkindness on the phone is simply disrespectful, qualitatiw far down and quite simply expressed badly."

"Wir leben in Deutschland, mittlerweile ist es Standard mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Leider wird hier nur Debit angeboten. Außerdem ist die Trinkgeldkultur eher so, dass man “aufrundet”. Ich habe sonst immer mal mehr mal weniger Trinkgeld gegeben aufgerundet. Das letzte Mal waren es halt nur 30 Cent. Da ich bar zahlen muss, habe ich auf 20 Euro aufgerundet. Da wurde mir die 30 Cent in 5 Cent Stücken zurück gegeben.Diese mussten extra aus einem Glas zusammengesucht werden. Sorry, aber so verliert man Stammkunden! Schade!
